My 16 year old daughter and friends loveeeeee this place!!!! They have visited it endless times and consistently rave about their experience! Regardless of the room selection experience, you can expect to have an amazing time!!!

My friends and I did the "Missing" and "Deadwood Salon" escape rooms. Both were incredibly well designed, fun, and interesting. Containing multiple rooms, they were hard and yet still enjoyable. The staff was incredible. In our first escape room ever, Missing, we were provided with lots of support, while in Deadwood Salon, we were challenged more but still supported if we needed help. The rooms were incredible. Each containing multiple rooms, each was brilliantly designed and honestly so fun. My friends and I were shocked at how cleverly they introduced new rooms, and the jump scares in Missing were brilliant. For me, the only problem was how scary Missing was, but that's not the company's fault-its advertised as a frightening room, my friends just decided not to mention that. If you go, you should definitely keep in mind the age suggestion, but don't let that stop you!

As someone from the UK with a love for escape rooms, coming to America I wanted to experience a couple.
After doing an escape room a few days ago and being a little underwhelmed with the lack of variety with the puzzle types at another location, I was recommended this place and decided to book.
We completed ‘Deadwood Saloon’ at first and was instantly amazed at the quality of the build, but also the variety of puzzles inside. Our host and co-owner Joseph was amazing; friendly and approachable with clear knowledge.
As a fellow escape room designer and manager, we chatted for a while before Joseph was very kind to offer a room at a reduced rate. Upon agreeing, we entered ‘Wrecked’, and again, the puzzles were amazing and fit the theme beautifully. I was especially a fan of a certain puzzle which we discussed during the debrief and the last room really amped up a good amount of tension. Again, Joseph was amazing as a host on this room as well and you can see his passion and love for rooms and puzzles.
I have done around 70 rooms and I can say that these jump into some of my favourites - clear storyline, amazing puzzles and great hosting.
If ever I’m back in Charlotte, I will not hesitate to come back! Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

Very fun room, ( Missing), staff was super friendly, super helpful, They gave you clues to get warmer to the main clues. Added bonus, they didn't restrict you to only three clues, like most escape rooms. Only things I would add: a 30 minute reminder, 10 minute reminder, and a little more light, but other that that, it was great!

This is a review of Missing. We did this room with 2 experienced gamers as our first game with Masterpiece. The room flowed logically with good puzzles and immersion. The jump scares were an added plus that made the room a little tense without over the top gore. The only constructive criticism we had was that the room was a little low tech with a lot of combo locks, but we had a great time in spite of this and will be back!

Went in not excited at all about doing an escape room...but it was a blast. The staff was super friendly and super helpful! We will definitely be back!

Went as a family - two grandparents - two parents - two teenagers. We had a really great time! We did the Metro Mayhem room. It was challenging and the puzzles were fun to figure out. If it wasn't for the occasional clue, I think we'd still be there trying to figure it out. (Haha) Caution for seniors, make sure you're fairly mobile as there are places where you'll have to duck down to get to the next room. ( I imagine it would be possible in a wheelchair with accommodations). All in all a really great time- I would go back again.

This was a multigenerational experience: two grandparents, two parents, and three grandsons between the ages of seven and fifteen. Everyone had a great time - and the youngest brother got a real charge hearing a disembodied voice directing clues to him! We LOVED it. (and escaped with 40 seconds to spare)

My husband and I took our kids to the escape room. We were waiting maybe 10 minutes and the person working there was so rude to my kids. They were not being wild, but also not being calm, but the guy working told us "if your not going to listen to her (meaning me), your going to f-ing listen to me". He literally said the f-word in front of my 7, 11, and 13 year olds. Nice work. We got our money back and left.
