Eddie Z here again.don’t waste your money for a $15 hayride with unedible apples.brought these apples home and sliced them but couldn’t figure out what I was eating.this is a poor example of an apple orchard/farm.

Enjoyed by all family.
Question? Yes, water is fed by natural spring water, but what makes it the color that it is? It would seem to me with regulations and public swimming, some type of treatment would be required…(?)

Had a reservation for the Apple picking with my niece and nephew. Woke up to rain so we didn’t go. Was plenty of open spots to book for a later time in the day (even though we were told they were full), so we thought.. “we’ve already paid, let’s just go later”. I emailed in and was told that was fine (we had to pay $10 instead of $5 at the door, no biggie). Before walking out the door with keys in hand, received another email saying we couldn’t come bc they were full. Very frustrating to say the least. Poor communication.
I think the worst part for me was not being able to speak with someone on the phone and having to go back and forth with a bunch of time-consuming emails. No one picked up when I called.
After speaking with a few friends, was told that the people that run this place are dirty. Lesson learned.

We visited over labor day weekend 2023. Two 50 something’s & two 20 something sons. Kind of a quick family reunion. We had a great time! we chatted with the owner while selecting life jackets. he was helpful and interested in where we came from. he was also cooking some amazing burgers! The facility was clean and well monitored by life guards. lots of shade available too. Water was cool & refreshing. Patrons were mild mannered and easy to deal with. The food was great too! Got to try the burgers!! We want to go back already!

Great location for a relaxed day away. All around amazing place for swimming in the summer and they also do an excellent haunted trail in the fall. Just to add to the enjoyment, the food is delicious. I had a cucumber cup and, not being a big cucumber fan, I didn't expect to like it, but it was delicious! I highly recommend it.

We planned a little stop there....had a blast! The staff was very helpful and friendly......lots of jumping options for everyone...the rope swing was pretty neat.....Food was excellent for the price. I would highly recommend this place for a family either spend the day or just a little stop to refresh.

For starters: there is a glitch in the waiver site. Very frustrating just trying to send waivers in. Too many people. 2 years ago the pumpkin patch experience was very enjoyable. Wagon ride very short now. Kids should be charged half price. Almost no parking available. (I GUESS IT IS ALL ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY YOU BRING IN, AND NOT ABOUT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR GUESTS!!!) Also most of the pumpkins left were green.
I will never recommend you to anyone. VERY

This reminded me of the cenotes in Mexico! Everything was so delightful! Clean, relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful quarry with great added features, i.e. ladders, diving stations, shaded sitting areas, all clean and safe. The food was wonderfully fresh with excellent healthy options. Very nice beer and wine selections, too. The prices are reasonable for good sized portions. I will definitely recommend it to others!

We had a group of 7 people. 5 adults and 16 yr old twin boys. Everyone MUST wear a life vest when swimming unless you pass a very strict and rigorous swimming test. They will not tell you this so this is what I learned. You need to be able to jump from about 8' into the water. Then you must swim out to a wooden platform by breast stroke with ease and perfect formation. Then you must be able to tread water with ease for at least 1 min. I will be honest... It is not easy at all!!

This review is long overdue, and well deserved! The Quarry is so much more than just a beautiful wedding venue, a hidden gem to go swimming in during the summer, a place to go apple picking, pumpkin picking, and strawberry picking, or a place to experience the scariest Halloween spooks! This is a family owned farm, that is all about FAMILY! When you get married at any other venue, you typically NEVER go back. But at Carrigan Farms, this place grows with your family as your family grows! First, you can experience The Quarry as a couple taking your vows in front of the most beautiful waterfall with your feet in the sand, with an incredibly attentive staff and delicious food...a truly PERFECT WEDDING!!! Then, as you start your family, bring your toddlers back throughout the year to pick strawberries, apples and pumpkins, take a hay ride, and once again, get to experience the passion that Kelly & Doug have when you visit their family's farm. As your kids learn to swim, come experience The Quarry in a whole new way...swimming in the summer, with cookouts & smores! You can even set up your blanket right where you took your vows, and share this special spot with your kids. As the kids continue to get older, as teens, take them back to Scarrigan Farms for the scariest haunted trail I've ever been to (and I've been to several!). How much to rent the space table n chairs?
We have very little money but trying to have a really nice spot to have a wedding as aposed to the justice of the peace.
