I started going to yoga with Shelly when I was pregnant. I loved the class and it was definitely helpful during labor. The classes are really affordable and there is something for everyone. I also enjoyed a prenatal massage with Candance and loved it. I am happy to call this place home away from home. I recommend it to everyone.

They have excellent classes for all levels of yoga practice and other non-yoga fitness classes. Massage and meditation are also offered
