We drove from Ohio and prepared to go on the tour but much to our dismay, they began the tour 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. It was the last tour of the day and other people were disappointed as well. We had to travel next day so did not get to go on the tour.

Signed up in advance for tour and it was great since you got to go into the shop area not only see the cars but also the parts of the cars that were being inspected and refurbished.

It’s always fun to view the behind-the-scenes of NASCAR. While photography is NOT allowed, this visit is educational. The facilities are very impressive. Overall, the visit was an enjoyable experience.

Really not much to see. We were disappointed with this visit. The gift shop didn't have a good selection, there were no Hero Cards or anything on display upon entering. Only saw 2 people working & neither were friendly. We saw an open door to a display area & asked to pay so we could enter & was told that a few people had just went in ahead of us & it would be 2 hours before the next tour was available. We had driven 2 1/2 hours to visit JRM & there were other attractions in the area we wanted to see, so I thanked the woman working & she didn't say a word. We left disappointed & couldn't understand why we would need to wait for a "tour". We visited PENSKE & WOW, what a difference...everyone was friendly, a wonderful gift shop, Hero Cards & guess what? You can freely walk around & view the displays at your own pace! JRM is not what we expected. I recommend calling in advance to schedule your tour time & purchase your entry ticket.

The glass viewing area and trophy room are gone to make room for Jr’s podcast show. This room also had tee shirts and other items for sale. The retail shop is about half the size it use to be. Go on the shops website to book Friday’s guided tour

On the day that we visited, the viewing area was closed. You were able to catch a small glimpse of the cars. NO PHOTOGRAPHY. Bathrooms are available. A small retail area exists. A separate parking area is designated for the visitors. This place is located in a cul de sac. Overall, nice stop.

Everything and every time I go to Charlotte the thrill is awesome!And brings back memories of all Earnhardt’s coming to Picken’s Speedway!Hopefully someone is watching Social media on a @Jeffjr912 using Noah Grayson and terrible using people offering to meet him and doesn’t hurt Noah’s sponsors!But everyone please make sure you visit all the outstanding shops at Charlotte 🏁

Full disclosure. Only the gift shop was open to the public on the day we came through town. The sweet clerk, whose name escapes me, was more than knowledgeable, entertaining and fun. While we were not able to see anything going on, it made us excited to come back at a later date!
Plenty of parking, easy to find and a must stop by for any Jr fan.
