I saw the sign advertising sonkers in her adorable, country window. Native only to this stretch of Appalachia, sonkers marry the pie and cobbler as an all new - and nuanced - flavor bomb. I can only get them in places like this. But the proprietor herself is an absolute delight. Charm and warmth. I consider this shop an absolute must for those seeking Mayberry. Perfect on all levels

COVID may have struck but it didn't affect this yummy business. From the delicious treats to the warm welcome from the owner what more can you ask for! The chocolates were so amazing I decided to order another dozen of cake pops to take back to work with me. I would have loved to give a higher rating if I could! Complete Southern hospitality!

Double expresso truffles, and then everything else I can’t live without! :-). We always stop in here when we are traveling through. I am never disappointed!

Stopped in to try some of the deliciousness described on the website. When walking in I wasn't sure I was even in the right place. It looked like an antique store. The atmosphere did not feel like a delicious treat store at all. There was only 1 display counter of candy. Maybe 10 different types. I guess after looking at the website I was expecting much more. We were the only patrons in the entire establishment. Sorry, but I can't recommend this place at all. I don't know if I visited on an off day or what. I would have given it a 1 star but the owner was very friendly.

Wow! This place is the definition of small town hidden treasure! Sue may be one of the warmest and sweetest people I have met! We had a great time talking about chocolates and she even gave me a tour of the place! They have chocolate classes even here! If you are anywhere nearby or just driving through you need to stop in and say hi! If you are a DreamTrip Local participant as well, even better, then this is definitely the place for you. Thank you Sue!

Such a variety of delicious home made candies and dessert creations! Buy a bunch or buy a few bites. Chocolates, caramels, coconut, crunchy or chewy or smooth, all kinds or candies! Try a little of each, very gourmet candy!

I am not a big chocolate fan but the amazing Heart and Soul B&B down the street had this chocolate from Prudence McCabe Confections. The chocolate was SOO good...freshly made...the pb&j was my favorite!! A must try!

Very friendly folks run this place, John and Sue. Small independent store turning out awesome chocolate delights. If you don't see what you want, just ask and they will be glad to fix you up. All at VERY reasonable prices. We make 4 hour trip to shop hear, much better than the fancy stores, high quality, personal services and chocolate sooooo good!

Received custom-made, heart-shaped chocolates at our B&B. Just had to stop by an check out their other selections. They were a little low on stock, but still had enough choices to fill a box to take home...yummy. We have been limiting ourselves to one chocolate a day, so we could enjoy them longer. A DEFINITE stop on Main Street.
