Bear Creek Candy is definitely worth a visit. I bought the chocolate fudge & it was delicious! There's a huge selection of candies & various other items. Thanks to the Veteran who owns & operates the store!

Extremely friendly staff. Lots of variety,sweets, souvenirs, etc etc. Not cheap, but worth the prices.

The enticing scent of freshly baked muffins drew my sister and I into this sweet shop. The sincere smile of the friendly man who greeted us was not to be outdone by the deliciousness of the over-sized still warm from the oven orange cranberry muffin. Whole cranberries! Light and fluffy, melt in your mouth goodness! Maybe pick up a few of their pies and some fudge for the ride home. Go!!

The popcorn smell to die for!! The made in store chocolate choices are incredible. Cashew caramel clusters were unbelievable and did not help my diet at all!! A stop in this store on the main st in "Mayberry" is easy and just has to be made!!

Cute store. Very pricey. Open til 5, but at 4:56, the door was held open for us to leave. Sorry, just got into town and it’s a rainy afternoon. Thought we’d check out the main drag. Didn’t feel AT ALL welcome plus the $6 bag of popcorn was popped a day before. Wouldn’t go back.

They have some great sweet treats available but pricey! Also the ones we bought were the same but tasted very different. It was a little odd. It was also WAY too packed in the store and not a great layout so it was very hard to get around and not bump into people. Some people didn't wear masks so that made me uneasy.

I go to this store every Christmas to pick up some last minute gifts. This year was no different except that I was being extremely cautious because of covid and had my mask and hand sanitizer. I picked out my gifts and was paying for them when I realized the cashier wasn't wearing a mask so I assumed she had some issues preventing her from wearing one. I asked if they were required to wear masks and she said the owner let them do what they wanted. I was very saddened and disturbed by this because I can't understand a business owner having such a blatant disregard for the safety of the customers and the employees. I will not be returning to this business and I encourage others to refrain from shopping here. The cases of covid and the deaths from covid have accelerated in recent weeks because of this irresponsible behavior.
