"EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE... I was celebrating a birthday of a loved one and booked the private space for the celebration. I was so impressed with the staff that I cannot say enough about the service. There was a minor concern when we arrived, and the manager Mike diligently and professionally handled it. He was gracious and went above and beyond in his level of customer service. We had Kyle Cobb & Collin Rodgers as our servers, and these gentlemen were top-notch. I didn't even know that venues still made this high of level of customer service a priority. Everyone in my group enjoyed themselves. Mike, Kyle & Collin are the reason that I will recommend Kings Entertainment for any of your event needs. A few other thoughts are: (1) we paid the small extra fee for the private area, and it was soooo worth it. (2) the food menu which included drinks were perfect for our group and the food was also displayed nicely (3) We did a Sunday afternoon event, and it was the perfect size crowd in the entire space, and lastly, (4) The music was on point. It was fun, lively and a great mixture while bowling, playing pool and just socializing. I will definitely plan another event here."

We had an incredible time at King's Bowling at North Hills in Raleigh this weekend! Marqueta truly shines as a manager—she was so accommodating, welcoming, and ensured that every detail of our birthday celebration was perfectly organized. And then there's Collin, our outstanding waiter, who made our experience even more memorable once we hit the private lanes! We're incredibly grateful for making our birthday celebrations absolutely fantastic! Our kiddos loved it!

If you like bowling in the dark and paying $10 for a beer, this is your place. $82 for 2 adults and 1 child for 2 beers and an hour and 15 min of bowling.

This place is awesome! They went above and beyond for my party of 35 (20 adults and 15 children). The staff was amazing and super friendly. We were there for a soccer tournament and Ifound this place online. I made reservations over the phone and when we arrived they treated us like we were family. Q was beyond sweet and her manager was so helpful and nice. The kids and adults all had a wonderful time. Five stars from me!

My husband and I had a 10pm reservation. We arrived at 9:50pm (were given a table immediately) and ended up leaving at 10:21pm. We waited 31 minutes and were NEVER acknowledged by the waitstaff or bartender. We let the hostess know that we had not had any waitstaff to come by our table..... about 5 minutes later another party was brought I'm and sat right beside us. IMMEDIATELY a waiter went to their table to get them started.... WE THEN WALKED OUT. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! We were never even offered a drink!! Meanwhile if you're looking for good food and good service, we found it across the street at the Yard House 👌

We had area to ourselves with Biliiards. table tennis, bowling, darts and air hockey. Food provided by Kings was very good. Recommend it for group occasions.

We had a great time overall. Food and drinks were awesome. Only complaint is the the lane gut stck a couple of times.

I had reservations for dining and bowling here, made the reservations online, talked with a representative regarding some concerning reviews that made me hesitant to give them a try. All was ensured my group would have a good time, our bowling wait would be behind scheduled formal parties only etc. When we arrived, we arrived 15 mins prior to our reservation being that I booked the hotel directly next door. The hostess immediately said I had no bowling reservation only a dining reservation and stated there was a glitch that preventing the reservation from being accepted as a dine then bowl. I mentioned my conversation with the events manager which I am assuming did not constitute as confirmation of the reservation. Anyway, we settled with being placed on a waiting list for the bowling which did not seem promising and received our buzzer for our dinner reservations. 8:40 came and went and we were still waiting on our 8pm reserved table. No one came to speak with us to let us know what the wait was about or to try and get us situated at the bar while the hold up was handled. We asked if our table was ready and the hostesses all went scattering to help others and did not come back to give us any update. We ended up calling Dave and Busters to see if my group could be accommodated there. They took care of us from the moment we walked in. They were WAY busier than Kings and got us to the bar with drinks and apps ordered while we waited on our table and the manager sat us when a table was available. I just cannot see myself or any of the 5 others in my group going back to Kings.

I went there to celebrate my birthday and I had the worst experience ever. I called a day before I made my reservation stating I wanted to bowl and eat. Well once I arrived they told me I would only be able to eat because they were booked with events. Someone could of simply told me that. Not to mention once I checked in the lady with short red hair and glasses was so rude to me. My waiter was amazing starting off but as the night progressed he started getting an attitude with me as well. I didn’t like my drink and I barley drink anything out of it but he was still trying to make me pay for it when I wanted to do an even exchange. Customer service is horrible here. They don’t make special modifications on orders even if you are allergic. They still want you to pay for things even if you didn’t like it and have barley eaten it. I told my waiter it was my birthday but I had the most worst experience ever I will not be coming back!

Wanted to find somewhere we could go while we were in town this weekend that the teenagers might enjoy. Made a reservation for dinner and bowling. They even worked with us on reservation times. This is not a quick experience. We were there 3 hours and only bowled one game. Super cool decor and food good.

I heard they have a dress code .. So does that mean I can't wear my shorts and a tank top while bowling here ? ( I am a female ) and do you have to have a reservation to go bowling say on a Friday night ?

No idea about dress code.
I was told must be over 21 once dark outside and gets busy at night. Not sure if reservation required but likely a good idea.
