Great coffee, super friendly staff. Lots of tasty wholesome food. It was our regular Cafe during our stay in Robe.

The expresso cafe AM. The famous sticky buns are back— and they were so damn good! Warm with butter and coffee. Make sure you go early as they run out quickly… 9 am should do the trick. Beautiful sticky gooey yummy buns. They were so good, we went and got more the next day. Lovely staff. Highly recommend for morning tea… And some for later!

We stopped in for a coffee and managed not to buy one of the sticky buns that this place is known for (they looked really good!). The coffee was very good. Friendly staff.

Lovely staff. The BEST ham and leek soup I’ve ever had. The highly recommended sticky bun did not disappoint either. Would definitely visit again.

After being told about their sticky buns by many of the locals I decided I better not leave town before trying! They didn't disappoint. Nice with your favorite coffee!

In Robe for a few days and walking down the main street we came across this little cafe - what a find! Great coffee (we had piccolos). Decided to return for light lunch. Had ham and cheese toasties - delicious and of course more great coffee.
Tried a Wilson's sticky bun for afters - sooo delicious!
Friendly staff. Would recommend

This was the first place that we visited on arriving in Robe and how lucky for us this was!
Although listed on Trip Advisor as a cellar door, Governor also provides delicious food and cakes.
Upon entering we were generously offered a tasting of the wonderful estates wines and chose a Chardonnay and Rose to accompany what turned out to be well prepared and presented food.
We selected the sharing meat and fish platter, followed by in-house made cheesecake and the delicious sticky bun. We rounded this off with flat white coffee and tea.
Both the owner and her assistant were lovely people. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to engage in conversation.

Over the past 10 years, we have always enjoyed a visit to The Attic House to taste Governor Robe wines but what has happened this summer is something spectacular. A fantastic light lunch menu with tasting plates from the local area can now be enjoyed with a cheeky Chardonnay! The outdoor seating areas allow you to soak up the main street vibe but the tiny Attic House itself will be cosy even on a wet day.

As a local I am lucky to visit here whenever I like. I enjoy their wines with a seafood platter and the beautiful ambiance they have created. Their lobster pate is the best! Governor Robe is a little slice of paradise. Dimi and Katie are very welcoming and friendly with great service and delicious local produce. They also make excellent coffee.

What a great addition to the cafe scene is Governor Robe. A shared platter, a glass of wine, and a coffee - all great! You will be impressed with the service and ambience too. We loved it !
