Brandon does not do the stomach portion of a lymphatic massage on females because he is not professional enough to do so. Rebecca was very late and said it was because she was eating. She then poked my chest when talking about where my heart was and at one point put her head on my stomach while laughing. When I voiced my concern, they denied it was possible and are trying to quiet me. I urge anyone else with issues to also file a formal complaint.

Such an amazing experience! I’ve been to many spas in the area and this is by far the best! The owner is so welcoming, the therapists and employees are always so kind, the atmosphere is breathtaking. We love coming here!

We went for the facials class and had a great time! Everyone was so nice and the products are amazing! We went as a family and it was a great experience.

I live in Ohio but travel to Topsail Island once a year. I always make a point to book a massage with Rebecca at AMA Spa while there. She never disappoints! I suffered from a neck injury after falling on ice several years ago. This left me with pain in my arm as well as my neck. I went to physical therapy which helped a little, but I still suffered daily with the injury. A year ago, Rebecca worked on my neck for an extended session. I had pain initially after, but then it was all gone, like a miracle. I thought I would have to deal with this the rest of my life. I saw Rebecca today for another massage and was so happy to share with her how much she helped me! Pain free is amazing!

There are different things that make a service provider good and then there is the next level of things that make them great. And Rebecca was most definitively great!! She is well practiced at different techniques of message therapy and she used several of them on me to help target 2-3 key areas that are frequent issues and she not only explained what she was going to do, but she also explained what the impact would be and how it would help. Ordinarily, if I'm going in for a traditional massage, I appreciate having a quiet room so I can 'sink into' the experience and not be distracted by voice/noise, but in this case I welcomed the explanations Rebecca gave and her explanation for what was likely causing the muscle tightness (along with tips on how to correct those issues!).
She is a fountain of knowledge and is incredbily effective at her craft. Would strongly recommend!

The massage with Andrea was incredible. She was very professional and I left feeling very relaxed. The spa atmosphere was also very nice and relaxing. Overall, a great experience all around!

My husband and I visit this spa every time we vacation in Topsail and it's easily the thing we look forward to most on our trips! The staff is SO friendly, professional, knowledgeable and exceptional at what they do. This year we opted for 90 minute massages (instead of our usual 60 minutes), and honestly words can't even describe how amazing we felt afterward.
We frequent high-end spas at home and they don't hold a candle to Ama. Please do yourselves a favor and schedule with them!!

I absolutely loved my massage by Becky! She knew exactly where to target and helped me relax so well! She taught me breathing exercises and ways to work my shoulders and relieve tension at home. I have had a lot of massages and she definitely knows the body and how things are connected. I give her 5 stars! The ambiance is perfect and everything is so clean and smells good!

While vacationing in Surf City, we had the distinct pleasure of being introduced to AMA Spa by our daughter who arranged a great afternoon for her parents. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by a very pleasant and welcoming person who set the tone for the rest of the visit. We found AMA Spa to be very clean, yet comfortable and relaxing. We used the sauna and the huge private shower before we were treated to a facial and massage. Every service we received was top notch. The staff was thorough and placed us into a state of relaxation that we rarely experience. Thank you and high compliments to AMA Spa for making our day.
