Our family has done MANY, MANY escape rooms and our group of 6 agrees that the Steampunk Submarine was possibly the best we have ever done. Puzzles were creative and new! Team members had to cooperate to get answers and the story was fun. Loved it!

This a great place. A wonderful family experience in these days of families being disjointed. The staff is fabulous and so PATIENT! Our families ages went from 74 years all the way to 10 and everyone participated. May be a new Thanksgiving tradition!

Supper fun and creative, staff was very kind and helpful I would definitely go back and would for sure recommend. It’s a good time for all ages over 15 I think and would be good to do with people out from out of town as well.

This was our first experience in an escape room. It superseded all of my expectations. It was fun, challenging, and engaging for both our teens and the adults. The staff was friendly and helpful adding to the experience. I will be going back.

Very well thought out and organized escape room. We had seven people ranging in age from 14 - over 50, and everyone had a good time. Definitely would recommend!

We had a group of 8 co-workers trying to escape the pharoah room. We all enjoyed trying to find all the clues. Our host, Seth, was very nice and helpful. We were challenged, but we did escape in roughly 45 minutes. We are all looking forward to trying another room soon.

We paid for the "tornado alley" room. I am not sure they put us in the correct room. We started out in a library and ended in a casino. Nothing to indicate a tornado. I would think there would at least be the sound of wind or something. The kid that let us in was no where to be found when we were finished. He told us a video would play, but it never did. The room was uncomfortably hot. The puzzles were challenging and we had an OK time, but it was not what we expected. My work team and I were going to do this as a team building activity. I think we will be finding an escape room that actually has a theme to make the experience a little more exciting. Lastly, we received an email the day after saying our pictures would be coming shortly. We never took a picture, but when I went to the website there were multiple people who had their picture taken with a tornado background. Since this was my daughters 16th birthday, that would have been a great keep sake had we known it was an option.

We reached out to the customer and quickly resolved the issues and concerns they faced. We would also like to note that our as stated on our website, in the info section of bookings, Tornado Alley does have a speakeasy incorporated. We also go over this during our introduction of your experience. We view the tornado event as a catalyst for an unexpected adventure. Just as in the Wizard of Oz, the Wizard is a minor role, as is the tornado that begins the action. We put in a news broadcast, thunder, lightning and sound effects that all correlate to the tornado aspect.

Went on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and grown kids. Hunter made sure we had a good time. A great team-building event, or just a fun way to spend an hour with friends or family. Great mix of competition, strategy, thinking, and just plain fun!

Hunter was a great host. Went with family from out of town and had so much fun. We did Tornado Alley and found it so cleverly done and just the right amount of challenge. Great way to spend the night!
