Lots of fun for Our whole family, lots of great racing action. One of the best burgers I have had in Dickinson. Kids had a great time getting autographs after the races.

We are not speedway buffs but were keen to have a new experience, so we went down to see what it was all about. We were not disappointed! It was action from start to finish with just an odd short break to catch our breath. The variety of cars and types of races added to the excitement with plenty of car on car action which you had to be alert to catch. A great experience.

We really enjoyed the summer races at the Southwest Speedway! They have lots of yummy food options, cold gatorade and popsicles, beer, etc. You are free to bring your own coolers though which is really cool! You can sit in the grandstands but cant smoke there. If you set up your own chairs and/or blankets in the sand, you can smoke right where you're sitting.

The announcers are entertaining and you can actually hear them while the race is on. Great racing the night I went. Friendly staff and customers. If you're a race fan, you should definitely go

$12 per adult. Only take cash. Ample parking. Concessions sold. Can bring your own too. No glass bottles. Accessible seating. Stadium seating. You can bring your own chairs too. I brought ear protection & glasses. So glad I did. A wind jacket is also recommended. It was an enjoyable, relaxed night out with my spouse close to home.
