This is an excellent yoga studio, and Jackie is a mindful instructor. I'm not a very skillful yoga student, yet I felt welcome and accepted at my level.

Attended the restorative class which was a deep stretch and relaxation session with plenty of props to use (blocks, blankets, straps) to get the most out of your class. There are also hot and warm classes you can find and sign up for on their website. Super affordable!!
