Has the best stirfry! Cozy atmosphere and friendly people. The menu has a great variety from lavash to HOT wings. Try their hottest wings as a challenge!! Try your luck at the black jack table!

Monday Night Football! BEER! Peanut Butter WINGS! Attentive Servers! Jambalaya! Hush Puppies! Reuben Po-Boy! What the heck more could you ask for? Grand Forks is so fortunate to have a fantastic place like the Parrot’s Cay right here in our fair city! So glad that you keep on “keeping on!” Keep it Going!

Unbelievable appetizers with great service. Very good value for the money. Suggest the bone-in wings and 7-layer dip. Will not be disappointed.

The Parrots Cay, is this fantastic little hole in the wall, that amazing!
You have to early to get a seat sometimes, because it's always packed!
The atmosphere is fun and quirky, the staff is amazing. They share tables and tips, so there's always someone checking on you.
The food! The wings are phenomenal, and the brisket is to die for! I still have to try more of the menu!

Wings! Jambalaya! Burgers! Crawfish! Crayfish! Crawdads! I don't care what you wanna call'em, I call'em "Awesome!" You can't find Crawdads any other place in Grand Forks. Sitting down in the Parrot's Cay and ordering up a Pitcher O' Beer (YES, a pitcher for MYSELF!), Blackened Wings (I like the Shark Wings, but the Blackened Wings are my buddies!), and an order of Crawdads is pretty much standard for this fella. Bring your friends! If you don't have any friends, you may find some friends here! This place is pretty small, but packs BIG FLAVOR! Great Food! Great Service! Fun Atmosphere! You need to be here!

Careful on the level of heat you order your food in because I have had 7 and it was fine the next time and a 7 burned my mouth. The shark sauce on the wings are the best hands down. Their sea food lavosh is the best one on the menu, a must try. Their Jambalaya is very good as well. I wish they had a beer menu for the bar to review before the waitress comes to take your order.

My husband and I wanted to try something new and Parrots Cat was recommended by a friend. It's definitely a dive bar so don't expect anything fancy....actually they serve on paper plates and napkins is a roll of paper towels at each table. Food was spectacular and prices were very reasonable! I wouldn't bring kids though.

Might as well hit the bar and grab a beer cause your going to be standing awhile waiting for a table. We have went as early as 5:00 and as late as 7:00 and we stand for over an hour waiting to sit. We know this going and we don't care....it is well worth the wait!!! The wings are amazing! Everything we of our friends have ordered is very good. I recommend and this is my favorite place to eat. It looks like a run down joint with writing on the booths and walls but it don't bother me. It don't effect the way the food taste. Kids are not allowed. This is more for friends to get together, have some beers and good food!
