I want to start by saying this review is purely for the suspension bridge, not the pools and campground (they actually are owned by different people). While the falls were nice and the bridge was cool, it is very overpriced for what it is. Staff across the bridge were rude. The kicker though is that an all night fundraiser was hosted there with loud bass, airhorns, and a DJ without alerting the campground ahead of time about the noise. Our group of four camping at the pools barely slept at all, being woken frequently by the DJ, the bass, the frequent cheering and airhorns (especially not fun at 5 in the morning). The lack of respect and consideration by the suspension bridge staff for the surrounding area is absolutely astounding. I will 100 percent return to the campground because staff were amazing and so apologetic and planned on discussing the incident with the owners on the other side (they knew about the fundraiser but weren't told it was going to be going all night). But I will actively be encouraging those I know visiting the area to not frequent the falls. Hopefully the bridge staff suffer the consequences for their actions, instead of the resort and campground.

I have to PAY to see waterfalls in British Columbia? I dont think so. Hundreds of free falls to see all over British Columbia including the overwhelming Helmcken Falls at Wells Gray park in Clearwater and Margaret Falls in Salmon Arm. Save your money...this is a tourist scam.

A little underwhelming as others have stated. The place lacked maintenance and updating. The bridge had some loose boards which we mentioned to the lady at the ticket booth. She said she would have a look. There wasn’t a chance of falling through but they certainly should spend some time checking and maintaining basically the entire place. There are LOTS of free falls to see in BC but sometimes when on vacation it’s neat to do tourist things. This was one which I will check off my list and don’t need to go back. If you’ve never been on a suspension bridge it’s worth walking across but debatable at $25 for a couple.

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend walking all the way up to the resort for them to be unable to accept a debit card. Turned away with our three year old who climbed a ton of stairs to see the waterfall because there machine wouldn’t fit debit cards. In attempting to fit it the staff broke my husbands debit card. Will not be making that mistake again.

First time paying to see a waterfall in bc and as a resident and born and raised here it will probably be the last. Suspension bridge was underwhelmin as well. If your looking for some waterfall experiences they are everywhere in bc....and free. Begbie falls and Sutherland falls are just south, and there are multiple other falls in the Revelstoke area as well. Just can’t wrap my head around the pricing.

As a b.c resident this is the first time I have ever paid to see a waterfall. It was expensive and added $16 for 4 small scoops of icecream. The kids enjoyed it. Mostly because they had never been on an suspension bridge. We were there maybe 30 mins. I wouldn't bother going again.

Drove out to spend some time in the hot pools. I had never been before. My friend had. Two small hot pools and a cold dunking pool. Lovely and warm but heavily chlorinated. I had expected a more natural water type. These are basically big hot tubs. Despite that, the staff was polite, the area and change rooms was reasonably clean.

They have a prominent access point on the east side, the first one you see if you're coming from Alberta, but it doesn't seem to be open much. I stopped there, and was disappointed, but then tried the other access, and got it. The access is down a very potholed road, so if you're in a Ferrari, you may want to pass on this one. But the falls are very impressive, and they've been doing a lot to make them more accessible. The bridge is amazing, and they are pushing the gorge trail further up the creek. I didn't find that part as great as the bridge part, but hopefully they will create a great walking trail in the future. While the area is safe, little ones need to be held on to every moment here. There is a bit of steepness, but most can manage it with a bit of patience. The price is slightly steep too, but if you spend some time there, well worth it.

The suspension bridge is nice, the walk is short so don’t expect to be entertained for a long period of time. It seems to promote religion as well, if you take the time to read the story behind it at the end of the bridge it’s interesting.

Wonderful people running this place as all my interactions were fabulous. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had just switched their hrs in Sept unknown to me and I arrived over an hr early and the owner came along and let me in so I did not have to wait.

The trails were not difficult and very nice, there were lots of stairs and one area was paved. When I got to the suspension bridge i did need to sit and rest so a bench would nice there but I sat on the garbage box. I never walked the suspension bridge though and they later gave me a map to be able to drive up to the rest of the area. It is the suspension bridge you are paying $12 for and while I too like others thought I have hiked so many areas for free and seen all kinds of beautiful falls why would there be a charge however the staff explained to me that the money is used to go into more building on the property.

I never used the pools, maybe next time and they have suits for rent in case you forgot yours.

Once up to the store you are free to bring your own drinks, lunch and sit on the lovely patio and use the washrooms.

I loved that this was Christian run. Really appreciated the notes in the bathroom and made me feel like home. This explains why the people were so nice.
