we stop here to get maps and things for the granddaughters to see and do . they have all the beaches that are open to people ,campgrounds

Wandered in looking for some ideas of how to spend my rainy days while in the Cavendish area. The workers were very friendly and informative. There is a small seating area where you can access free internet, as well as a small gift shop. Very helpful.

Great facility! Clean, bright, spacious. Washrooms, computer room, tons of local info. Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff member. She pointed out so many sites for us; made suggestions for dining and hiking. Great location as one could walk to Cavendish cliffs and beach, Green Gables, post office etc. Make sure to have your photo taken as Anne!

My husband and I went to PEI in July 2018 and stayed at the Comfort Inn downtown Charlottetown. It was a good location because we had everything nearby and where ever we went it would have taken us about 1-2 hour drive. We went to different places and dined at locals restaurants and our meals were mostly Lobster/mussels/oysters and believe me you couldn't get any fresher than that.... We have been to PEI twice and both times it was great.

As part of our cross-Canada trip, my sister and I visited Prince Edward Island. Our original plan was to stay at a provincial park on the ocean; however, it was full so we went to the Cavendish Visitor Centre. I stayed in our RV while my sister went in for information. She returned within a short time with the information we needed. We were directed to the Cavendish KOA. Not only were we provided with information about the campground but also given excellent directions on how to get there. Our afternoon arrival was successful in that we obtained a spot for our RV.
