Softest sand I have ever felt in my life. It's like walking on silk. It's worth the short drive up from Guerrero Negro. We had to park a little away because some of the road was washed out, but it was no big deal to walk the rest of the way. A great place to take some pictures.

Estuvo increíble llegamos como 6:30 pm fue una hora perfecta ya que el sol no estaba muy fuerte
Puedes llegar muy bien solo y bajarte a jugar correr brincar recomiendo no salir de noche ya que te puedes perder
Y también seguramente saldrán llenos de arena por jugar en la arena
Es una experiencia increíble para adultos como adolescentes y niños

Llegamos en aerolíneas Aero Servicios Guerrero ... realmente el destino original fue ver las ballenas.
Sin embargo el pueblo es muy pequeño
Nos sugirieron conocer las dunas la Soledad ... simplemente los paisajes maravillosos ...
Un lugar digno de visitar

A few miles away from town these dunes are awesome!
We lucked into a day with zero wind! We hiked a ways out and back with no trouble- easy sand to stay on top of.
AND on the way back we stopped at the airport!! We explained that we have been pilots and the Commander was gracious to take us on a tour!!!!!! Holy Cow!
He took us into an OLD rusty hanger with a classic turbo prop 12 seat pressurized Conveyor! OK so El Malo Cartrer ( 1990’s Drug Lord)
Was intercepted here and taken to prison down by San Ignacio!!
The plane is sitting rusting!! At least a 3 million $$ aircraft!!

Quiet and relaxing place. It is definitely a hidden gem worth visiting. One can access it on the left after the military base coming from Guerrero Negro.

Una buena opcion para volver a ser niños.... rodar, saltar por las dunas, crear fotos.
Se puede ir con auto propio sin problemas. es facil llegar (por la ruta o por dentro del pueblo).

Están cerca de la zona centro de Guerrero Negro. Y es muy bonito el paisaje. Único. Y aunque venimos de trabajo, es recomendable para los turistas.

Solo vinimos a Guerrero Negro para ver esas dunas y no nos decepcionaron. Lo difícil fue llegar pero preguntando a los locales dimos, solo que nos dieron el camino súper largo de terraceria y zona militar. Si quieren llegar rápido, tomen la Carretera Transpeninsular que lleva a Baja California (salir de Guerrero Negro) por 7 minutos y van a estar a su izquierda, hay una pequeña salida simulada (pongan atención al camino porque no hay señalamiento) y listo!

Se puede llegar por cuenta propia en vehículo particular. Hay un camino que te deja cerca de la playa y no que caminar mucho para poder disfrutar las vistas que realmente son increíbles. El otro camino es por el reten militar y aquí hay que caminar un poco. Si tienes alma de niño puedes rodar por las dunas pero terminaras lleno de arena por todo el cuerpo pero habrá valido la pena

Para aquellos que creen que guerrero negro solo son Ballenas, hay mucho más las dunas una hermosa experiencia con vistas increíbles a unos pocos km del pueblo, una maravilla del desierto y el viento costero.
