After a very busy week at work I visited Suzy at Mulberry ‘s for a Face and Back facial. Over an hour of pampering which my skin needed. Suzy is highly professional and technically perfect. A highly recommended experience.

My partner and l have been given a spa voucher for Xmas and attended today.
We both were underwhelmed by our separate facials, we attend spas all over the world as we travel alot so we know what to expect. Facials per se were ok but the staff and experience around it very lacklustre. Sat in foyer 20 minutes early as was told would need to fill forms in when booking via ph, no forms sat for 20 mins, then ushered into very pockey room for facial, asked to fill in a form in near pitch dark room where you couldn't read anything even with glasses on. Then facial started, no questions about our current skin care regime or is we had reactions to retinol or Vitamin A or C etc. Little to no talking during procedure.
Procedure over, here is some water for you and good bye.
Would l recommend.....no sorry in all conscious l cant.

Katie was recommended by the front desk staff for this treatment. She was awesome providing one of the best massages, if not the best, in memory. The staff is very professional and polite. Highly recommended.

I booked into Mulberry's last minute as I needed to take some time have a treatment after a long period of work. I phoned up and Hannah on reception was so helpful. I didn't have a treatment list to hand so after discussing what I wanted to have done she recommended a treatment which was absolutely perfect.
I had a back massage and a facial which was around £90 which I thought was a little expensive for me BUT it was a 90 minute treatment and it was very much needed.
I rarely would spend that sort of money on myself but I cannot recommend it enough.
All the staff were so lovely and friendly and there was instantly a really relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in.
My therapist was wonderful and very good at her job. Once the treatment had ended I could've lay there and had it all again.
This is the perfect place to treat yourself or to book as a gift for someone. I recommended my friend to have some pre wedding treatments there as they just get it right.
Beaconsfield old town is stunning - just make sure if you do book that you leave plenty of time to find parking (which is free) beforehand.

My partner and I visited for a massage each. From the initial booking to treatment and payment the experience was incredibly smooth and the customer service top notch. We’re not local so the advice from front of house on where to eat was really helpful. We both really enjoyed the experience and it set us up for a lovely weekend. Also better value than the treatments offered at the hotel we stayed in.

Fabulous experience! From the much appreciated warm friendly front of house welcome on a cold night, to the refreshing beverages and biscuits. There is a really friendly atmosphere and you are made to feel at ease as soon as you enter. The beautiful decor is a perfect accompaniment. The treatments rooms are comfortable, cosy and warm. Had an amazing massage&facial with the lovely Jessica, the way she built up a relaxing firm pressure was perfect. Certainly soothes the stresses and strains of the day away. And can only best be described as an out of body experience. If felt like floating on air and was so soothing, so much so I think I nodded off several times. Can’t recommend Mulberrys enough. May have been my first visit! But most certainly not the last.

Visited today with my wife and we both had massages which were great ,the staff were very pleasant even giving my wife Prosecco when the massage finished , will definitely return again

I brought my daughter to have her ears pierced, she was very nervous and fretful but Hannah was fantastic with her.. incredibly patient and didn't rush us at all even though we took a lot longer than our allocated time slot. thank you so much.. she is so happy that she finally managed to have earrings as she has always wanted!!

Thankyou for this lovey review, I could tell she really wanted them done and it was my mission to allow her to trust me enough to do it. I think the clotted cream shortbread biscuits helped! They looked beautiful and i was so happy for her. Thankyou again for taking the time to review us.....we hope to see you very soon.

A lovely manicure, followed by a fantastic pedicure. Such a calming relaxing feel to the whole place. Definitely worth a visit. I will be returning. Excellent.
