Nice variety of products from smalls to y’all’s. A lot of indoor outdoor items from candles to statues. Some items seemed a bit steep on price but most items reasonable. Fun just to walk around to see what I could see. Made for tourists.

I love Sols. They have some very unique items. Alot of homemade crafts. Discounted Christain novels.

When we make a trip to Amish country, this is always my first shopping experience. The variety of vendor booths is great. You never know what you will find. I bought a handcrafted fabric Christmas wreath for my kitchen and since I saw other items I liked, I had to make Sol's my last stop as we were leaving Berlin.
There is plenty of parking and also plenty of seating outside if your husband isn't much of a shopper. I do think the amount of steps to the different levels would be a negative if you have mobility issues.

So much to see that I am sure I missed parts of it. This is set up as booths for different vendors to showcase their products. There is quite a selection- décor, clothing, pet supplies, lamps, furniture, artwork, seasonal decorations, inspiring items, books, essential oils, foods, etc. It appears clean and organized overall. There are some steps inside that are tough to navigate for those with mobility issues. Prices vary as far as what I think is reasonable for the products, but that is to be expected when they are all separate vendors.

This collection of buildings has anything and everything you might want. From signs, to yard art to home furnishings to clothing. Could spend hours between the stores just looking, reading the art, checking out the jams and pictures.

A very clean and organized craft mall. Great prices as well. It is huge and you start seeing similar things in different booths. We bought a few things. I’d go back.

This is one of my favorite stores in Berlin!!! You never know what you'll find here. I've been coming to this place for many, many years and had never had an issue until this weekend. This is the only reason I'm writing this review.
1. Kids: I know they get excited, but when they are yelling at you from across the store, screaming, or throwing things, then it's time to leave. It ruins other people's experience. If your kids can't behave, then maybe don't take them to a store like that. It was sad to see a kid throw a handmade item because they were mad. Someone worked hard on that.
2. Dogs: I was unaware they allowed pets in the store. Normally I wouldn't complain, but this one kept barking at people and was on a super long leash. I had to miss a few aisles because it wouldn't let people it didn't know down the aisle. Again, ruins the experience when I have to watch where I'm stepping or turn around to avoid it.
3. The cashier checked us out still wearing the gloves she was wearing while cleaning the bathrooms. I don't know about you, but that is so unsanitary.
I'm sure some will think I'm being a Karen, and that's fine.
It's still a great place. Just needs some improvement. Especially the whole cashing out problem. Gross.

Hi. Guggisberg Cheese (about 1.5 miles from Berlin) is having an event on June 4th 2016, it is their Customer Appreciation Day. They have listed the following info on a Facebook Event they created : Come out and enjoy free samples, games, kids' activities, a cheese-eating contest, free goodies for kids AND adults, and a chance to win free cheese for a year!
Also, on Friday June 3rd will be Music on the Square in Berlin. It is a free concert every Friday evening throughout the summer.

I know that most shops are closed on Sunday. What about 12/26/15 -- the Saturday after Christmas? Will Sols and other Berlin shops be open on that day?? Thanks so much!

I'm sure Amish related businesses will be closed Sundays...They like tourists...and Saturday is a good day for business. We haven't been there in winter months..so I can't give you a positive answer :( Sorry..Harvey from Michigans' Thumb :)
