Mall has seen a lot of renovations in recent years. New floors, new entrances, new anchor stores, etc. a lot of stores left during covid but the mall was packed during the Christmas rush. Not a big food court selection but this is one of the few malls that will be around for years to come! It’s in a great shopping area. Plenty of stores and food near by if you can’t find what you are looking for in the mall

First things first this place is very dirty. They must not have cleaning folks anymore. Also all of the empty store fronts. Wow just wow.

This mall is anchored by Sears (under remodeling), Dillards and Macy's. Had the usual tenant stores, Spencers, Victoria Secret, and such plus the usual local stores. The inside was wide and spacious and looked very clean. Also was visual pleasing.

Sad to say.....this mall is really going downhill. Many vacant store spaces and very limited customers in the main stores. This place used to be crowded....

It’s been five years since I’ve stayed in Canton for any length of time, so this would include lack of scheduling trips to the mall. It’s definitely cleaner than I remember, looked great for the holidays, has some fun, new stores, including some solid food court choices, and my personal favorite? Those little photo booths positioned at two different ends. Nostalgia and present good times. I appreciate it.
New foodie items were the EASY 5 stars at Great American Cookies (totally worth the price) and the Asian spots a few doors down - all are good, which is a small problem to my wallet and tummy but I know how to pace myself and portion control.
The BV Mall is alive once more.
Highly recommended.

First time there it's a nice clean Mall, My wife and I just walked around and looked, our daughter and grand daughter did the shopping probably made up for us. I found gyro's at the food court made that my dinner.

Went here to do some looking around and get food. This is a nice mall and has what I Ohioan would need. The kids got to see Santa and they got a little bracelet from him. That is nice because where I live you would have to pay for it. Adult sons bought some stuff and wife and I got ornaments for the family. Nice mall

This great little mall is about 3 miles from the Football Hall of Fame so very convenient if you drop the guys off and then go shopping!
I was really surprised to find it open early for people who wish to walk the mall for exercise. There was plenty of parking. Most of the shops and stores do not open until 10 but there are plenty of places to sit including a nice family lounge by the food court area and restrooms. It has seating as well as toys for the kids.
For a smaller size mall it has Macy’s, Sears and Dillards for anchor stores as well as a load of other name brand stores for your shopping delight. All the employees were very welcoming and helpful. The day I was there I found most stores having sales.
The food court was nice with a good variety of food choices.
I found the bathrooms to be very clean.
In the center of the mall is seating and charge stations for you electronic devices.
I found the entire mall to be very clean and well kept and security personnel were visible.
You can relax as well as there are massage chairs close by kids coin operated rides to be entertained.
There is a massage spa, Home Spa, that opened before ten if you wanted to be pampered.
I was able to pass 2 hrs. there with ease mostly just walking around, relaxing and checking out the stores.
Also for the kids are a giant chess board and Connect 4 game and you can rent a kid’s riding toy for them to keep up with you.
Enjoyed my visit.

Stopped in right after the Pro Football Hall of Fame and before our motel check-in. I just love malls, I try to hit one up whenever i'm in a new city. We entered at the Food Court and found many options to choose from. I had a Bacon Cheesesteak from Charleys Cheesesteaks while my wife had a stromboli from Sbarro; both excellent choices. We did a complete stroll around the mall and found almost no empty storefronts. We made purchase at the Box Lunch store and on our way out at the cookie store. Would definitely come back if we are ever on town again.

The mall is very nice and clean, with a few retail offerings that are hard to find in other larger malls.
The food court stood out with the array of very nice offerings, from a Chick-Fil-A, to a Greek spot, Sbarro, a Sushi/Thai offering, Charley's Grilled Subs, Chinese, and an Orange Julius. Can't go wrong with this array of choices!
