I volunteer for Be The Match . We pick up and deliver Stem Cells and Bone Marrow donations in our life saving mission . Cleveland Taxi waited for me patiently while I did my service . Driver was gracious and expedient . Perfect service .

The owner of this company and his staff don't want to admit when they do something blatantly wrong and make the situation right. Just because a business is doing well shouldn't mean they don't have to make ALL situations right. They don't want to admit the fault so they try their hardest to make it all the customers fault, like showing a picture that was unknown to the family. I guess that's how they keep their business strong. Arguing is there biggest mistake!! They will win because you paid them ahead of their services being done. Definitely Unsatisfied!! Would never recommend Cleveland Taxi Limo!!

Here at Cleveland Taxi Limo, we value your trust in us to provide safe, reliable, 5-star transportation services. Our commitment to responsiveness and client satisfaction has not changed. We believe that making our clients happy is our first priority, as well as ensuring that your experience with us is first-rate at all times. We certainly tried to work with you. We cannot take fault for something that was not ours. We have recorded lines, as it has been admitted that no one told the guests that there was shuttling available. Your Chauffeur was not allowed to park in front of doors, due to it being a fire lane, so he was told to park in the parking lot. Your Chauffeur was there 15 minutes early, was on location for the entire two-hour duration and shuttled two different groups of passengers, both being documented on our surveillance systems. Your Chauffeur tried to reach your designated point of contact, several times to no avail. Not a single time was there an attempt made on your end, inquiring about the Shuttle. Client satisfaction is our Number One priority. We hope that you can acknowledge that we did everything that we could, both your Chauffeur and our company.

We did the City of Lights Tour with Cleveland Taxi Limo last night. In 3 hours, we got to see the lights of Nela Park, Public Square, Berea Fairgrounds Magic of Lights and Seabury Avenue in Fairview Park. What a fun evening and the 6 of us didn’t have to worry about doing the driving. In fact, Stuart was our driver. He was personable and professional and accommodating of where we wanted to go. What a great way to see the Christmas light displays.

I was extremely happy with the level of service provided & I highly recommend them. They proactively confirmed our reservation multiple times & provided the name of our driver several days before our departure. I had piece of mind knowing that they hadn’t forgotten about us. The limo was clean & the driver was courteous & professional.

Planning a family trip to Italy produces a lot of stress. Anxiety about arriving at the airport timely is high at the beginning of a trip. At the end of a trip, tired travelers just want to go home as soon as possible. Thank you Cleveland Taxi Lime for getting us to and from the airport, making it the easiest part of our trip. Cleveland Taxi Limo was great!

We have used the services of Cleveland Taxi Limo for a number of years. Their vehicles are always spotless. Their drivers courteous, professional, engaging. They are on time both when picking up for travel and when picking up from the arriving airline. We will not use any other limo service.

Hi Mary,
The short answer is yes. But unlike Lyft or Uber, you must make arrangements in advance. I generally make my arrangements as soon as I know I am going to need them. Also unlike the above ride share services, these are professional drivers who work for CTL, not a contractor, which means they are there for You. Making arrangements is easy online, just fill in the blanks so to speak. Though you can call, but on line is easier. If you have not use such a service , please treat yourself (generally no one else will- just kidding) you will not be sorry. Prices are reasonable, have been using them for years and gave at least 6 or more rides already scheduled for this year. Hope this helps.

To my knowledge they are off I480, so Rocky River is not a problem. If you need local transportation they can accommodate almost any need. They will even take and wait for you at Blossom. They will accommodate you with several stops if that is what you need. I use them when I have time to schedule them and I don't want to drive. I am always happy with the service, and even have several rides scheduled as I am writing you this reply.
