I paid $8. It's paid at a kiosk. You pay for the amount of time you wish to be there. Don't go over that time, though. I've read that they will charge around $16 if you exceed the amount you paid for. So, to be safe, figure how long you intend to be parked there, and go over it by a half hour.

YES, there are reasonably priced paid parking lots across the street. There is also limited metered street parking for short visits

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic. It’s a nice place. There’s a pool, a bar and a restaurant right in the hotel. It was about a 10 or 15 minute drive away from the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. If you buy your tickets for the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame online, if you scroll around, you will see that they have package deals. That’s how we came to be at that hotel. Booking that hotel came with passes for the hall. Look around the hall website and you’ll see. It’ll definitely save you some money

I don't remember the day of the week that we were there, but we were there in July and it was really busy. I can't say if they were at capacity, but I would say that if it's important to you, I would get an advance ticket.

We bought tickets in advance for convenience but there was a box office there for walk ins. Pretty sure you’ll have no problem.
