We've attended a number of shows at the Music Box and have had dinner there a number of times. I don't know when they changed their menu, but if you plan on going down for a nice meal forget it. Cheeseburgers, french fries, street tacos sum up the menu. And you have to request ketchup 3 times because they give you a nickel's worth each time instead of a normal amount. Chick tacos 99% rice, 1% chicken.
What happened to the wonderful food they used to serve?
Massive bridge projects going on so PLAN ON GIVING YOURSELF AN EXTRA 30-45 MINUTES BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC. We were unaware of the traffic and tried calling when we realized we were going to be late. THEY "DONT ANSWER THE PHONES ONCE THE DOORS OPEN" we were told. "So if you're not here on time, your reservation will be cancelled." How about a notification on your website to alert your customers instead of cancelling reservations when you know most people are unaware of the bridge issue.
Sadly this will be the last time we attend the Music Box unless they bring back a true dinner menu for the Supper Club instead of bar food.
On a positive note, our server was very good. She did a great job! Sadly I can't remember her name or I'll give her a shout out.

If you ever plan a trip to Cleveland, OH I highly recommend that you goto the Music Box Supper club website and schedule a night of entertainment. We happened to run across the Tribute to Earth Wind and Fire it turned out to be awesome. The Venue is directly on the water. The ambiance is outstanding. They also have a full food service with the show. So go check them out and all their tribute shows available.

Visited to see Will Hoge. We did not eat but had drinks, the servers were excellent and aplenty. Acoustics and sound was excellent, would love to see him back with his full band! The venue sits right on the river with great views walking in. The only complaint we had was we were smashed in like sardines. Post covid would like to see more rooms between tables and make it easier to navigate the room for patrons and servers

The venue itself isn’t bad, and the sound was good. If you go do not order food. Incredibly overpriced, terrible food, incompetent wait staff. I got nasty food poisoning from some pork

First time visit, to see Lucinda Williams. Very nice venue, easy parking, ticketing, hostess, and wait staff made for a very nice night, we thoroughly enjoyed. The only point of contention I had was a bit of confusion and awkwardness our waiter put us in at the end of the night with our bill. There was a small note left on the table from management explaining how they pay staff $15 an hour, which requires them to add an automatic 20% to the total bill. As a good tipper in general, I figured this to be fine, as it’s what I typically leave anyway. But when the waiter brought me the bill, he whispered to me, “just a reminder, the 20% service charge goes directly to the house”, as to infer that I was still obliged to tip him additionally. Not wanting to hold the evening up, or stiff the waiter, I did. But looking back, I’m thinking I was the one that got stiffed. Seems I let myself get hoodwinked by the waiter. Lesson learned.

This is right on the Cuyahoga river running into Lake Erie. We were from out of town and I discovered it accidentally while perusing the Cleveland website. It is in the downtown area. They have shows on two floors in the branches offered. It was confusing as to how to reserve. I was able to get two free tickets to a Sunday music shell they signing up for their email. However it did not include the brunch which was fine. We don’t reserve for the brunch but just tell the waitress you want it when you get there. It was a $20 brunch with mostly breakfast offerings but did he have chicken and Alfredo, salad and polis sausage with Kraut. They offered plenty of desserts and fresh fruits. It was delicious. They do add on a 20% surcharge which is supposedly your tip to the waitress. It wasn’t packed but full enough. Our waitress had a large birthday party of over 40 people to attend to. She was a very hard worker but it was quite difficult to flag her down for another drink. They have an extensive offering of cocktails. The show was fun and lasted about an hour and a half. Doors open at 11 and that’s when you can start brunch and it went until about a half an hour before the show ended at 1:30. They have shows every weekend and a lot of Cover bands. A very fun venue for adults..

The staff here are amazing. Shannon just helped me through a reservation/ticketing situation and just went beyond what could be expected to set up what will be our first concert with dinner....in over 2.5 years! wow.
The 2022 lineup is great and the venues we've been to in the past have always been entertaining. We can't wait to get back to live music at Music Box Supper Club- it's a win/win in supporting downtown CLE and the music industry.

What an outstanding venue! I have been to the Music Box many times, the shows, special events, concerts, and storytelling are fabulous. The food is always great, our table had fresh walleye, steak, and salmon. The portions were sizable and they were cooked perfectly.
It is a great night out with family or friends, providing an opportunity to sit at a dinner table for several hours, have a great meal and attend an event. Highly recommend.

The shows are about 10/20 bucks depending on the act. They did have coupons for your next visit. At the table that we used for our other visit. They do have group discounts. But well worth it. The venue and the view. Was fun.
