Maddy and Cooper made the family adventure an absolute blast. They made our Sunday fun day. They both made us all feels so safe and had an incredible sense of humor to relax us from our fear of heights. Can’t thank them enough. We will be back again soon!

A wonderful afternoon with family. My 14 year old son and I had zipped before, my wife had not (and was nervous about the experience). Em and Sam went out of their way to make sure we all had a great experience. Because of them we will all be back. Beautiful day!

My wife and I visited ZipZone today and had a blast. Cam and Claire were great guides and kept us entertained and safe. Totally worth it.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at ZipZone yesterday, and wow, what a thrill! We had the time of our lives, soaring through the trees like a couple of adventurous kids. Our "Zipologists" (okay, totally made-up word, but it fits) were Adrian and Alex, and they were nothing short of spectacular. They knew just how to ease my nerves because, let’s be real, hanging out way up high with thoughts of plummeting isn't exactly relaxing. But their calm, encouraging vibes unleashed the adventurer in me. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat, and if you’re even slightly curious, I say go for it! Huge thanks to Adrian and Alex for making our anniversary an unforgettable, adrenaline-packed memory that we'll treasure for years!

What a fun activity for our Birthday girl and her friends. Appreciated all of the safety features and zip line lesson prior to ascending to the treetops. Alex and Sam were the best guides for this adventure. Would love to come back and try the nighttime zip.

What a great time we had at ZipZone. This was our first time doing this. We didn't know what we were getting into or expecting from this adventure. We loved it. The guides are awesome and very knowledgeable. The guides make the adventure really fun and entertaining. Our guides were John and Aubrey. Definitely recommend this for anyone want some outdoor fun.

We did the canopy tour and it was $71/person. They do have cheaper tours as well.

The COTA gets close but you will have to walk a decent way. It is not a great option. You could take the COTA to Worthington Place Mall and Uber the rest of the way. With the new construction there are new sidewalks, so it might be a lot better now, but I am not sure.

There will be five or six of us, the youngest is 16 - possibly visit the end of this week. How much does it cost?
How much time should we allow?
How far in advance should we make reservations?
How should we dress?
What if it rains? Thunder? Lightening?

Susan,
The Canopy Tour costs $65 per person Monday-Thursday and $70 Friday-Sunday. It is a 2 hour experience and we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Most people stay 10-15 mintues after the tour to check out the photos the guides take, check out t-shirts etc and say goodbye to the guides.
With a larger group you would want to book as soon as you have a date and time in mind, but I would advise two days in advance at the very least. All of our tours are based on reservations so there is a chance you won't get the date or time you want if you wait too long.
We do zip in rain but will cancel tours for thunder, lightening or high winds. If we cancel the tour we will help you to reschedule or issue a voucher to come back another time.
