This Point is a nice 2-3 km walk through the Matheran forest. If you choose to go on horse-back, its an even greater feeling. Red soil, green forest, no vehicles and chirping of birds on the way makes a super ride, even a super walk.
When in Matheran, do visit this Point. By itself, the Point doesn't have much to offer, but the walk or horse ride is super. Enjoy nature at its best en route.

Not to the hype we expected. It is average and we can see multiple trees on this point so it doesn't live upto the name it has got. This will come on your way , so you can visit this but with minimum expectations.

This point is iconic due to small hill separated by valley in its upper half from main land; and with 1 tree on top. There are many shrubs around it and 1 is big.

This is the last point on the 7 points trail recommended by the local guides. We preferred horse ride since by walk you have to endure the dust created by horse riders, though the place is about 1.50 Kms from the market and walk able. This is one of the best points of Matheran to get a good view of surrounding mountain area.

One Tree Hill Point is one of the famous points in Matheran. Bit of a walk here but worth it. Can be muddy

One trill hill- The name only says that a hill with only one tree. You need a great courage to climb this tree and you need double to courage to get down from this hill, because the road or you can say a rock which is attached to this hill is very thin about 3-4 meters wide you can say, and the climb is steep so you can climb but when coming down you will fear because of cliffs at both end and you may slip down easily because of stipness, but overall its a great experience not suitable to climb in monsoon.

this is in a very scenic location next to Charlotte lake, the temple is surrounded with lush green jungle on one side and on another site lake. must visit for blessing of lord shiva and visit lords points nearby...
