Brilliant Cinema, they have up to date films, really good prices and rewards for loyalty members. Where else can you pre order burgers (absolutely delish) and drinks and have them brought to your seat? My partner and I can both go for around the same price as 1 ticket in the larger cinemas. Its comfy and parking is so easy. It's just like watching a film with a large family, long may they continue!

Really old and run down place. Rude staff who bully you for not wearing a mask. Mandatory temperature checks and horrible toilets

It is a great little cinema. Has two screens. Just saw House of Gucci - Brilliant. Plenty of seating so plenty of space between people. Staff very helpful and pleasant. If you prefer to can go next door to their bingo. Serves food and drinks. A lovely night out. If we don't use it we will lose it and then we only blame ourselves.

Bullied by staff during first lockdown as I am exempt from wearing a mask - this is TOTALLY ignored by this organisation. When I recently complained about discrimination, the reply suggested I 'need to seek help'

Went to the Palace to play bingo on a Wednesday which on the website they advertise 6 books for a £1 the price is nowhere near. For me and my husband to play it cost £24 for books as well as a £1.40 admission fee. We were still excited to play so bought some drinks and the bar and got prepared to play. There are lots of books and they do not accommodate well for new people, we found ourselves scrambling to work out which book we were supposed to be using as numbers started being called. Despite the slow start we got the hang of it and I was excited when I won on a two line game. I called out but then to my surprise instead of stopping the caller carried on which I was not expecting as I had already shouted, as he said the next number I shouted again as the only way I can know he is "not hearing" me is because he carried on calling. He then sent someone over who told me I was not eligible to claim as they had passed my number. All people around me were shocked saying they heard me shout but I was told sorry nothing we can do. Surprise a few numbers later a regular called and won the money. Clearly new people aren't welcome here. Even worse during a link game about half an hour later the caller stopped the link for no reason because he thought he heard something yet my call was completely ignored and when I was acknowledged its too bad you missed your chance. This was something that myself and my husband thought we could get into but clearly it's not a place for new people and the whole experience has made me not want to go back. I would also like to mention the poor upkeep, we could not join the extra link games if we wanted to (and they had been explained to us) as at the table we sat they were completely busted and broken.

Always a warm welcome when you come to the Bingo/Cinema here in Felixstowe. Great value for the Books/PALs. Bar and food prices are keen, so you’re not going to feel as though you’ve been fleeced. Food is freshly cooked and served at your booth. You can book it to be delivered at the Interval. You’re sure to have a great time.

My local cinema I love this cinema. Always friendly service, you can avoid the queues by buying ticket in advance . If you join the club you get a discount and free visit for your birthday.
2 screens and toilets, always clean . Parking available nearby and bus stop outside.
Live cinema available and you choose your seat in advance. It can sell out quickly
I love ordering cheesy chips, bacon sandwich or burger, chardonnay a pint or hot drink which is delivered to your seat.

Was on holiday in Suffolk & didn't want to miss this film. Great sound system & thoroughly enjoyed film. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even provide hot food service and bring to your seat.

Is there wheelchair access to get to the cinema? As i only remember seeing stairs there.

There is a ramp outside to come up the first steps and to the bingo, but I do not know if there is access to the cinemas on first floor. There might be a lift??? Suggest you call them on 01394 671330. Regards
