An excellent place for the children and they offer good food and drinks, staff manage the centre very well and do a very professional job to ensure it all runs well !

This is now called Simmo's Playbarn and my little boy always loves going here. The staff are very welcoming and it is great value for money with a loyalty card for even more value ! Even the food and drink are great value when compared to similar places. There is a good variety of play equipment including a mini football pitch for kicking a ball around, a big slide, ball pool for younger visitors and a bouncy castle outside if the weather is good. Top marks to management and staff.

I have been here many times now with my kids and they love it, the staff do a good job at keeping up with the mess made by the kids and some adults.

Went here not long ago and was shocked at the state of the tables
Lots of sticky mess, crumbs and other detritus littered every one
Also the carpets looked like they needed a damn good clean
Won't be hurrying back

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, we have had issues with our tables the antibacterial liquid we where using makes them sticky and then peoples clothes rub and leave marks on them we have corrected this with a new spray and then polishing after, also sometimes customers sit at tables we haven't cleared yet when we are busy which is unavoidable, my apologies this happened in your case.

everything in and around cambridge is great especialy the colleges, the backs of cambridge are a sight that has to be seen.the college grounds are emacculate. and the colleges themselves have a great history

We have been taking our children here for a number of years as it is local and a good place to meet up for a coffee.
A few days ago we had a reunion with a friend who had moved away to another part of the country. I took our three year old boy to the toilet and was shocked to find it in a dilapidated condition. There was puddles on the floor under the urinals, the urinal flushing system was leaking down the wall. The toilet was filthy with excrement on the seat and staining on the door. There was a bottle of 'Daisy' bathroom cleaner on the windowsill above the toilet. Not sure if the staff have had any COSHH training, I know most responsible parents would have cleaning chemicals locked away out of reach.
I did approach a member of staff and who looked embarrassed after I had explained the problem.
We were going to get dinner there but after this we decided against it.

We are a local family with 3 kids and thought we would try this so....WELL this place breaks every health and safety law going owner tried to rip us off by charging US for HER kids to attend a party we booked(promptly cancelled) food is deep fried awful farmfoods/iceland rubbish equipment dirty unsanitised toilets disgusting my son managed to injure himself on sharp plastic webbing staff couldnt find accident book to record it absolutely terrible
just save yourselves the hassle and either go to the smaller one at lesuire centre or travel further to the ones in fulbourn cambridge ely or bar hill believe me its worth the fuel cost!!!!

Hi I am Nicola co-owner of Cheeky Chimps in Haverhill, Suffolk I see you have made a very bad review but I see you are in Glasgow! Are you sure you have the right place? We are well known in the area for our Cleanliness, excellent customer services and our Menu has both Healthy & Non Healthy options it's the parents choice what they feed their children! Our toilets are checked hourly and are spotless! Both myself & Emma have never charged customers for our own children ever and wouldn't dream of trying! Even when they are invited to there friends parties, could you check you have the correct playcentre! Then could you delete your review

can't beat it on a rainy day. very enjoyable, good food too which the kids ate up well. lots of other well behaved kids, suprisingly good.

Really good fun place for children of all ages - baby toys, soft play, slides, football pitch, laser warfare plus very friendly staff and a great cafe with a wide range of reasonably priced food, including a delicious all day breakfast. Toddler mornings and craft sessions throughout the week.
