We were removed from the bar before 9pm as we were told one of our friends was too drunk and not behaving well. This was not the case, and CCTV footage can be ckecked. We actually planned to book a hen/stag party with yourselves in Nov 2023 and will now not be booking this. We are so disappointed as this is the third time we have been to the bar with the same group of people, but we have never experienced this. Once of your bouncers hit a drink out of one of my friends hand, for no reason, again, this should be on CCTV. Racial slurs were also used towards two of my other friends. We will not be retuning. Came in with my wife for a couple drinks and was delighted by how amazing the service was! The barmaid Lauren gave us some excellent recommendations and really made our visit that much better.

Booked a table for my friend’s 30th, within five minutes of arriving, 5 or 6 security people bundled one man. I’ve asked for my £25 deposit back as we couldn’t get served any drinks within the five minutes we were there and then felt unsafe so went elsewhere. I’m still waiting for the deposit, as mentioned, we wouldn’t have left had we felt it was a safe environment.

Had a great night here, and Adam the barman, who said I wouldn’t be up at 8:30am to leave this review (it’s 8:30 now, in your face Adam) was an absolute superstar.

Was a great atmosphere and the bar staff, one in particular Meagan i think her name was, she was most gracious and quick with getting the drinks together. Credit to the company.
