Disappointing evening at Genting Casino.

Visited Genting Casino. Not been since before the pandemic and was very very disappointed. The place had no atmosphere anymore the buzz has gone and was a shadow of its former self. The staff looked fed up and were quite rude tbh. There was one card table open that was available to the general public and at a minimum £5 chip - the others were “private tables”. The small amount of people who were in there were playing on the machines. All in all a very disappointing experience and we would certainly not bother to go back!

Fabulous evening - bar, dining and the tables!!

Had a wonderful evening last night. Not been here for a few years and loved the decor and redesign of the place. All staff very helpful and welcoming. Bar prices very reasonable. Fabulous meal served a a very helpful and attentive server Carolina. Oysters highly recommended - very large and succulent. The tomahawk steak was intended for 2 but as we’d had starters, we shared it with the 3 of us. Succulent and very tender - first time any of us had ever had a tomahawk and we loved it. Served with all the trimmings and sauce etc. Presentation of each course was excellent. Highly recommend dining here as very reasonable indeed with first class service and a great menu. Dinner followed by a big win by two of us - a wonderful end to a great evening here.

Went for Sunday lunch today, the food was excellent staff were excellent. Have no complaints what so ever. Mushroom soup perfect, Pate perfect and a different style of prawn cocktail. Lamb, roast spuds veg and yorkie perfect, I had salmon which was guess what perfect. Apple pie had loads of apple in it. All this for £25 for 3 courses too. Can’t wait to visit again,

They are terrible with the costumer they didn’t respect me the manager he show me big racist and the good is and the manager buy him self is Romania .this I tell for the reason they are racist and is not for the costumer we give money to them and they don’t know to talk to us .I go there as 1 day to the year to have fun but everything goon wrong .

Is very bad casino is racist with the people you give money to them and this people don’t respect you arrogant speaking how they are the boss.I be 6 year going there and tonight they show me clear how racist they are .

First visit after lockdown, very disappointed that the roulette tables are now £5 minimum bet. You can play lower stakes on the roulette linked machines, but it’s just not the same playing on a computer ☹️ It used to be a great way to round off a Saturday night in Westcliff I loved the buzz of the tables, it was entertainment, won’t be going back
