English Rose Collection provided a beautiful bridal car for my wedding day. Like so many couples this year the original date was postponed, and the uncertainty of when /if it would go ahead was very upsetting and stressful. Despite the obvious worry of the impact of the pandemic to the business, Jo at English Rose could not have been more supportive and reassuring and worked tirelessly to exceed all my expectations. Grateful thanks also to Chauffeur Tim, for calmly negotiating traffic hold ups and last minute red tape, to get me to my Groom at HMS Warrior on time! Thank you both so much.

I have been using English Rose for around 20 years - they are excellent. During the pandemic I have been impressed with the safety measures. A great company, professional and reliable.

We've used the ERC for over two decades and have always found them to be professional, courteous and - most importantly - reliable.
My one (minor) bugbear is their booking system, which is rather antiquated and cumbersome. Essentially all the details have to be entered from scratch every time one makes a booking. If one is paying by credit card then one has to wait for someone at ERC to send you a hyperlink before this can be done. Generally, this is done promptly but the delay can be significant over a weekend.
I stress this is a minor irritation - it hasn't yet discouraged us from using the ERC.

Thank you for using our services over the years, i am so pleased you find the service to be professional and reliable.
The reason we need to send you a hyperlink instead of you making payment via the booking form is we do need to check availability first. We wouldn't want to take payment for a booking that we are unable to full fill.
We also like to check the booking details as you would be surprised how many people give their incorrect flight details. We like to make sure that we have all the required information too, so that we can provide a smooth, stress free journey
We do have an out of hours message that does state that emails are monitored periodically but if you have an urgent request you can call us on a dedicated emergency line should you need too.

5/5 experience for airport transfer, excellent drivers, very polite, good driving skills, very smooth, driving carefully and I felt safe. The cars were exceptionally clean and luxurious both ways, very punctual service, would recommend to anyone and use again myself for future trips.

I have used English Rose multiple times within the past few months to travel between Southampton and London, for both private, and work-related trips. Booking a vehicle is easy, either by filling out an online form on English Rose's website or by contacting the English Rose Team via email (they reply quite promptly in an extremely polite and helpful manner). The vehicles are clean, of high quality, and, given the recent COVID-19 pandemic, have been fitted with a protective screen that separates the driver from passengers sitting at the back, ensuring that the trip is a comfortable and safe one. The drivers always arrive in advance of your pick-up time, and are very polite and friendly.
Overall, my experience with ERC has been great. They provide an exceptional and affordable service which has been really useful as of late, and I highly recommend them for anyone travelling between Southampton and London

Excellent communication, very clean vehicle and an attentive driver. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone, especially in the current Covid crisis for the excellent levels of care and caution.

I have used English Rose Collection’s (ERC) services twice.
The first time they took me, my wife and our son from Southampton to London Heathrow (LHR) T4. We asked for a vehicle with a large capacity for the buggy and the bags. We also asked for a baby seat (safety for such a long journey was essential for us). We had exactly what we asked for: a vehicle with a large boot space and an age-appropriated baby seat. This was before the COVID-19 crisis.
The second time, I traveled alone during the COVID-19 pandemic, from LHR T2 to Southampton and back to LHR. Because of the challenges introduced by the COVID crisis to the air industry, I had to adjust my travel plans more than once. I kept communicating the changes with ERC. They were extremely reactive and understanding. I am grateful that they could arrange all the changes despite the short notices.
Based on my previous experience with them, I suspected they would step up with COVID-related safety. I wasn’t wrong. They fitted the car with protective equipment that separates the driver from the passenger. They also have procedures aiming to reduce contact points between the passenger and the vehicle and demand to have a good hygiene prior to boarding into the car. For this second trip I had many bags, so I consulted with them on what vehicle to take and I got an appropriated solution.
Both times, I have consulted with them on appropriated times and vehicle options. Both times, they were spot on and honest, providing me with the exact configuration matching my needs.
Both times, the car was in situ right on time. No stress or fuss. The driver was helpful and friendly.
I do not have any negative comments.
I will be using their services again, and I would recommend them.

Very professional service from English Rose, as always. Excellent measures in place for protection of customers including protection screen between the front and back seats. Comprehensive information provided ahead of the journey outlining details of the measures English Rose are taking to protect both customers and drivers during the pandemic.

It is approximately £99 but the best thing to do for an accurate quote, is to contact them (phone or email) to request the prices for your particular trip. They are extremely helpful and will give you an immediate answer. Really good company.
