Disappointed on returning here that the facilities are still neglected. There was no drinking water in either fountain serving the 1st floor gym which is surely essential. Apparently water pressure was the issue but then have jugs or bottles for clients esp in June. The car park ticketing was again not working and though out of staffs hands a notice would have helped alert customers and saved time dashing up and down to the different machines. Still a microscopic warm up area inadequate for the customer volume which has been highlighted since the rebuild. Overall despite the wonderful Veronica on reception the faults don't outweigh the positives so I'll be sticking with Westminster Lodge from here on in.

Girl on receptionist rude. Explained how I had been calling the centre for nearly 30 mins kept on hold.
She was dismissive and unhelpful. Three people were behind the reception with no phones being used by anyone. I suggest you don’t try and call them. It was quicker for me to drive there. Rude staff

Do not come here for swimming lesson . They cram children into a class so that they can barely move their arms without bashing the person next to them . There is too many children for the teacher to safely watch them . My son has had 9 different teachers in the space of 5 months and the teachers have said to me that they find the class sizes unmanageable. I have raised this several times with the manager only be told that it’s the correct ratio of child to teacher . I suggested she came and watch the session but she has never has !
