“Beautiful building and great cinema”

Excellent independent cinema

Travelled an hour to see a film in this gem of a cinema. Friendly staff, clean and beautifully kept building, everything about the experience was great.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Broadway cinema and really enjoyed our visit. It was the 1st time we had been here as we were visiting the town. We enjoyed the atmosphere & the staff were very friendly & helpful. We will certainly visit again.

Great cinema!

Good prices for films as well as food/drink. They show a great variety of films which are affordable. Nice location and really friendly staff. I’ve come back twice in one week to watch the same film and will be coming back again!

Lovely independent cinema

Broadway is such a beautiful building and it’s so lovely to have it not simply preserved but in proper use.
It’s an absolute pleasure to be able to support a local independent cinema and theatre, particularly when the tickets are reasonably priced, so you don’t feel like it’s costing you a small fortune to do so.

Great Cinema

The Broadway cinema in Letchworth is a 4 screen cinema in the town centre. It is really easy to find and after 6pm the car park across the road is free from 6pm so very handy.

When I visited it was a Monday evening and not very busy so I did not need to book a ticket in advance and there were plenty of seats available to choose from.

For me the major plus point was that it is quite a bit cheaper than my local cinema so I will definitely be coming back.

The seats were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Well worth checking out.

Glad to be back

2020年9月

Returned to Broadway after a long wait over lockdown and it was as lovely as always. Everything has been laid out clearly to keep to guidelines and wearing a mask whilst watching the film was quickly forgotten. It was a shame to see so few people in the screening as this is a beautiful cinema, but hopefully it will see many more people return soon. I will definitely be back in the very near future

OK but not good for disabled people

I do like this cinema, it's local, bit of let down as its steps getting into cinema so no wheelchair access. Once you are in all art deco style which I like, screens are quite big but got some upstairs which ain't great as I can't do stairs as hurts my knees. It's clean n tidy staff are so so could be more friendly. Toilets are OK. Prices are under 10 pound which is good price.
