I decided to bring my two Sons to this place , When we first arrived Saturday 31/10/2020 at 16:30 , we met a guy who came out to meet us outside, he said the place is close for the day and we should come the next day Sunday from 12noon. He never mentioned anything about booking, at all to us.
We returned on Sunday 1300hrs as he advised , got out of the car and a man rushed to us, stopped us at the car park and said we can not enter. He was very rude to me and my boys. Very unprofessional. Could not answer any of my questions,
I am a Dr working in Louth hospital , helping people in this community during this Pandemic and when I find myself being treated so rudely, I feel really bad. While trying to explain to him that we were told to come today, this ,man walked away from us throwing his hands in the air. I told him he was very racist and I was treated less than he will treat anyone else. He used the F word on me and kept walking away.
It was one of the worse racist treatment I have received lately in Grimsby.
Never will I recommend this place to anyone close to me. The staff I meant was far too RACIST

When with a crew from a ship, we regularly came here and it was well run - but the owner did say that the council tax and business rates were crippling. I think they did end up causing him to under. Under a socialist Labour government we can expect higher rates and corpoartin tax causing much more of this.

Myself and my team mates where heading to attend this venue only to be greeted with a notice stating foreclosure we can only assume people of the area have not used this venue which has forced sale what a shame

Took my son and hubby for some man time racing together and it was fantastic !! I have never seen both of them smile so much for so long.... Very well organised, staff excellent and attentive and the PPE provided was spot on. They loved it so much my son has chosen it as his birthday venue.... Just dont mention spiders !!!

The owner is a FANTASTIC person. VERY helpful and VERY professional. A must visit. The karts are kept in tip top condition, with a clever course. My Son how is unsteady on his feet was totally looked after with GREAT care at all time.

Four 14 year olds, one 43 year old and one 68 year old hurtled round the indoor track at what seemed like 100 miles an hour, (although it was nothing like that) enjoying the cut and thrust of competitive racing.
Dave, the owner met us outside as we arrived and after a bit of friendly banter designed to put us at our ease soon got us into relaxed mood as he went through the safety points and controls of the adult karts, kitted us up and allocated each his own vehicle.
After getting under way and slowly driving round the track familiarising ourselves with the course racing soon got under way. Fortunately there were plenty of tyre walls where the less able drivers soon found to their cost and loss of position by ending up in them.
As an indoor venue there was adequate ventilation so no or very little in the way of exhaust fumes etc detracting from the enjoyment of the evening. There is a refreshment bar if required.
There is adequate free parking outside.
Signage to the venue in not particularly good so would perhaps need a sat nav.
We spent an exciting, enjoyable fuel filled half an hour racing and would recommend a visit for any petrol head child, teenager or adult male and female.

Party of 5, with two young boys, made feel very welcome and staff very friendly. Young guy spent time explaining about it all and all the safety involved!! Also took time showing them how to use the karts. Was also gd at telling us where to go for other activities ect!! Would highly recommend this venue to everyone. Great fun had by all.

We had an awesome session at karting world. The owner is a true gent. Opened up out of hours for our session. We had three adults and two novice 9 year olds. He took time to prepare and coach the young fellas prior and during their run whilst making sure they were more than aware of all the safety points. He took time free our session to recommend some local activities.
Will definitely return when down this way. Faultless !!!

We were treated very well. The owner accommodated 7 of us at fairly short notice and arranged to split the sessions into 15 mins rather than 30 mins , which would have been tough o a very hot day. Our karting skills were of various levels but we all had a great time. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the experience! Been karting a couple of times before at other venues and this place was definitely up to a high standard - cars might be best I've driven! Very friendly staff would be under exaggerating. Everyone clearly very passionate and enjoys what they do. I look forward to next time!
