I used to bring my little one a lot but not again! I was told I had to have a table if I was staying! Only to be offered one in the middle of a random kids party or one a few meters in a tiny corridor near the toilets (were I would not be able to supervise my 3 year old) Then after standing from 3.20 till 4 o clock I finally got a table. During this time some one else came in and was given a seat! I went to order food at 4 and was told sorry we have stopped serving! I checked the menu and it said they serve 45 min before closing. Which would have meant I had 15 min left! Then when questioned apparently the girl got it wrong. I think I was deliberately told they weren’t serving as the whole of my stay all the young girls stood whispering and looking over at me! Which they were doing when I was looking at the menu. The manager tried to turn things round by giving me a free pass but I won’t step foot in there again.

Best soft play around,
Clean, warm and lots to do.
Staff are lovely.
They have mascots that come out and interact with the children. My daughter loves this.
They have a large baby/ toddler area and larger 4yr plus area.
All of my kids love it here.
It’s always best to come early as it gets very busy.

This was a fantastic indoor soft play area, it was suitable for all ages, even babys. I took my 7 year old and 11 month old, we had so much fun and all the staff were brilliant and friendly.
The place was very clean and tidy with a fantastic atmosphere, their was a birthday party going on which also added to the entertainment and was not disruptive for other visitors.
Me and my partner enjoyed a coffee while the little one had his bottle and my eldest ran wild with other children.
Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Haven't been here since before the first lockdown in 2020 and what a pleasant surprise it was!.
The new owners have made it look great you can tell it's had some much needed TLC bright and clean and modern looking. We booked in few days before which was easy to do, staff there are all polite and friendly, the playcentre is very clean, staff are cleaning whilst you are there which is great to see as it's not like that in some. Covid-19 rules are in place and tables are social distancing we felt very safe in there and will definitely be returning keep up the good work!!

I have visited Jimmy Beans many times with my grand children. I have always found the staff extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. They have certain rules set in place as most businesses do. Minimum spend on cards is £5.00 as a fee is charged to the business by the card companies. This is no different to any other business. If you want to pay the matter of pence on a piece of fruit then make sure you have a bit of change on you. The fact you are attending a party were food is provided is no excuse for not having a quid in your purse. The place closes at 6pm and they stop serving food at 5.15 pm nowhere serves till the door closes as they need to clean the kitchens and equipment. The staff are probably only paid for half an hour or so after closing so start clearing earlier. If you attend a party at 4pm heavily pregnant and the cafe closes at 5.15 eat before you go. I personally have always found the staff lovely. As for smirking I doubt that very much.

My son was invited to a Party here and we didn’t see him very much at all as he was busy playing with his friends
Sat in a great area so we could see him on all of the activities
Tea coffee snacks purchase available
Free parking but car park a bit small so allow yourself time
Clean and well presented
Toilets were very cold though unlike the main area
No WiFi

Been here a few times and had my daughters birthday party here recently. Overall it was fine, but the organisation wasn’t great in terms of seating. I didn’t like the fact another party was taking place and members of the public were seated that close to the party table the kids at my daughters party struggled to get to sit down at the table. The lady was great doing the cake, but I wasn’t allowed to give the list of names for guests so when people turned up and added siblings that we weren’t paying for I had to look down the list and say who is this etc? It just didn’t seem to make sense. Surely it would be better to give the list of whose invited and if they’re not on the list make them pay on the door?? The place is okay but very rammed and just too busy too many children all at once. The baby toys don’t work either they have no batteries so not the best for those too small for the slides etc. I will still take my daughter back to play, but wouldn’t rave about the place or the venue as a party. We just weren’t a priority despite how much it was costing us.

Lovely clean play area,plenty for the kids to do.staff are very friendly.the only thing that puts me off is the food seems very expensive for what it is.

Kids love it, it’s fairly well maintained, large play area. Been to a few parties here and the kids love it every time.

Sorry I was talking about bizzy beans above Jimmy beans is really easy it's left at Toby car very so I would give an 8 to sorry about confusion with my last answer it's just they have two play centres.
