Words cannot express how grateful we are to the kind, thoughtful and amazing owners at Sota Gallery. My son produced a portrait of his late grandad, who had very recently passed away - the compassion, kindness and generosity the owners showed us went over and above our expectations of customer service, as we raced to have it framed to take to his funeral. The Gallery is a beautiful place to visit, the artwork is stunning and the people are truly special. Thank you so much for helping us - it was so gratefully appreciated at a difficult time.

Can’t recommend this gallery highly enough! Owners are so helpful. We have bought a couple of Sean Durkin paintings from here and several amazing hare sculptures by Richard Ballantine, which are much admired. If ever you are in Witney, it really is worth a visit. Excellent for special gifts that will last a lifetime and bring so much joy.

SOTA is probably the best gallery in Oxfordshire. Amazing paintings, stunning sculptures, pottery, and jewellery for example. With pricing for most pockets we’ve regularly found affordable gifts. It’s very difficult not to be tempted when taking a look around and you’ll get a warm welcome and friendly advice from the proprietors.

Excellent selection of paintings, prints, ceramics and jewellery. Smaller than I thought.Crammed full of paintings on walls some rather high to view.
Brilliant glassware.

An incredible gallery to see what the UK offers the art world! unique and beautiful items!
The owners know their stuff and are incredibly welcoming, along with making you feel very save given the Covid situation.

Lovely gallery with interesting collections that are well worth a look around. They are also BRILLIANT picture framers. We recently had four large prints framed by SOTA. Super service, no rush and lots of help selecting the frames and mounts. They even delivered and hung them for us and they look fantastic. All done since reopening after the COVID lockdown in a safe way.

We love popping into Sota even if it’s only to have a look around, there is always so many lovely pictures and pieces of art.

This is our favourite gallery; filled with gorgeous works of art, ceramics, sculptures, jewellery; from affordable gifts to serious collecting.

One of my favorite galleries in the Oxfordshire area. Warm and welcoming space, friendly informative owners who have a great eye for art and sculpture. We need more spaces like this, highly recommend a visit.
