All you need is good weather. They will take care of the rest. I got a balloon ride as a birthday present for my daughter. We were a little nervous at first but quickly relaxed after our pilot explained the plan. Mike, the pilot, flew the balloon with great precision. It surprised me on how well he controlled it.

It was such a great once in a lifetime experience! Friendly and professional staff, prompt communication and all around great time! Our pilot was easy going and very knowledgeable and my husband and I were very comfortable in their expertise and knowledge. Ended the flight with a toast and a certificate to keep.

We always try to do something different during our girl's weekends and this time this was it!
From the first time I called Misty in the office to the thank you text from Mike, our pilot, the customer service was exemplary!
Mike was so personable and extremely helpful during the whole experience - it's evident that he is very knowledgeable and that he loves what he does!
Being able to help get the balloon ready for launch was exciting and added to the whole experience.
The flight itself was amazing and so much better than we had imagined!
Try it! You won't be disappointed!

My mom and I had an absolutely wonderful time. Dad had gotten us a gift certificate as a gift and it was very easy to schedule with Bella Balloons before I was heading back to school. The staff and crew were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and communicated professionally. We didn't have to worry about a thing.
My mom and I both have back issues so we were a little worried about the standing and the landing, but we couldn't have asked for a smoother ride. 2 days later and still no problems. We had such a good time together and would definitely recommend Bella Balloons.

Our flight was so very special! It was the most amazing day of our lives! We got engaged on this flight! :) Even though being terrified of heights, I sensed no fear at all on this flight. Our staff was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend doing this to anyone and would like to do it again in the future! Amazing!

I am so glad I chose Bella to fly with. The crew and staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was coming back down to the ground. I could have stayed up there forever! Great flying with you, Mike!

Me and my husband want it to try a hot balloon ride for a while. I decided to make him a birthday gift, and reserved 2 sits. That was an amazing experience, most importantly we enjoyed every second of it. Our pilot was very experienced and knew what he was doing. At the 3200 feet above the ground, was very quite and peaceful, a light breeze made you forget about all the problems in the world. It was a very smooth ride. Once we’ve landed, we were offered a glass of champagne that had a great taste. Thank you so much for such an unforgettable moments!!!

I got this ride as a Father's Day gift from my children. It's been a bucket list item for me all my life.
What a fantastic experience. Well worth the cost. I highly recommend Bella Balloons to anyone wanting an experience of a lifetime.

How many guests, other than personnel are allowed in the hot air balloon? Given a weight . Thank you

The maximum passenger count is 6 in our largest basket. We believe in smaller, more exclusive flights instead of larger baskets which can hold 10+. This way, we can talk to each person and know them by name. Hope this helps, and we look forward to flying with you soon.
