I know the theaters make their money on concessions but $12.00 for a tub of popcorn and a soda? More aggravating is that unless you get it freshly popped from the machine they take it out of the warmers and I don't think it is fresh, maybe even left over from the day/night before. Always ask for the fresh popcorn, they usually will oblige you. Otherwise I DO like these theaters (atlas)

Not as many reclining theater seats as other local theaters, but they are plush and comfortable. Monday prices are $6 all day

I overheard one of the Managers berating one of his young male employees in front of customers and then when I was in line for concessions I heard him talking with other young employees about the one he yelled at. You have got to be kidding me that some 40 something manager is going to yell at a teen right in the middle of everything. The kid seemed to be doing his job and the manager was just on his case. There are better ways to handle situations and then to go and talk to other employees about one of their co-workers how ridiculous "Grow up already"

We came for a Matinee, Saw Bohemian Rhapsody.
Not many people at that time of day. That is what we like.
Popcorn was fresh, counter workers were nice.
We sat in the recliners. Not all seats recline. Very comfortable.
It appeared no one had cleaned the theater from the night before as there was popcorn on the floor and seats and cup holders had debris in them as well.
We made do and enjoyed the Movie.

Nice theatre but not all of the seats recline ..unlike many others. Other than that. movie experience was pleasant. I love Atlas theatres because they offer a cup of water. Workers were very,very nice. Popcorn was fresh and theatre was nice.

We love the movies and usually go at least twice a month, however the last several times we have been here, there are some type of bugs flying around. They fly by you and fly in front of the screen. Not only gross but very annoying. How clean is this theatre anyways??? We have been starting to go the Atlas Diamond instead. Sound isn't very good, and often times you have to strain to hear it, but at least there are no bugs. PLEASE GET RID OF THE BUGS!!! OTHERWISE WE LIKE THIS THEATRE.

We just went to the diamond centre atlas cinemas and all the rubbish is swept under the chairs it's very dirty and un healthy environment

Very pleasantly surprised on recent visit to find comfortable recliner chairs. I could easily have fallen asleep if it wasn’t an action movie. Not many customers though and usual extortionate prices for pop corn, beverages etc

Not happy at all. Got rained on the whole time. Talked with the manger about it and he brushed me off and said oh those seats were blocked off. They were not blocked off a knocked over wet floor sign and a trash back on the back of the seat is this places idea of blocked off. I couldn't just change seats the theater was full. I think this could have been prevened if someone would have cared enough to even make a note on the seat! A simple out of order sign on the seats would have worked better then black trash bags
(in a dark theater) and a sign that was on the floor. What if good forbid there was an emergency, the sign would have just been a tripping Hazzard. I have pictures of the sign knocked over and the bags on the seats. I will be contacting cooperate about this matter, and shareing my experience on all social media sites.

Went and enjoyed the new seats. Only front row seats recline. I don't like sitting that close to the screen. Also - this theater did not participate in the Mentor Library Reward Program (until recently). Diamond Center Atlas Cinema was in the Library Program for months before Mentor Atlas joined.
When I ordered the popcorn, the counter girl was rude and did not prepare my order as I asked. Told me how it was going to be.
Will visit again - but will not buy popcorn.
