Natural Stone Bridge
2021年9月
This is a loop trail that leads to a natural rock bridge. The trail will deceive you as it is a limestone/dirt path that eventually leads to a hike through large tree roots and rocks. It's worth doing but watch where you are doing.

Beautiful Hike to RockBridge
2021年6月
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed hiking through the preserve. The trails are well groomed (probably due to high use), and we were pleasantly surprised at very few bugs despite rain the previous day. Highly recommend this hike!

Worth your Time! Very nice!

We drove an hour and a half to see the natural bridge after seeing a pic of it in a FB group.
The Hike back to the bridge was fairly easy for someone use to hiking and waking on trails. Not sure why people in other reviews said it was so rough of a trail unless your old or out of shape. Everyone in our group was between the ages of 52 to 62 and we had no problem on the trail. The roots on the trail provided natural steps that made the up & downhill walk easier in my opinion. The roots on the trail were not really an obstacle for us. Some of the trail can be a little slick on the hills if it has recently rained but really it wasn’t that bad wear hiking shoes and you should be fine! There are several board walks and small bridges on the trail to make the hike easier.
The bridge was definitely the highlight of the hike. It’s a 1.7 mile round trip hike with ups and downs but nothing extreme unless your out of shape or have disabilities. Make sure to bring Mosquito spray! They kept biting my neck and arms.
If you like unique rock formations and natural bridges you will love this! I never new this exists in Ohio until I saw pics on FB and wanted to see it for myself. It was not disappointing.
We really enjoyed this nature preserve and would really recommend it to others!

Impressive natural bridge!
2020年11月
Most of this path is natural terrain, not groomed, flat paths, but my family of 5, found it to be relatively easy and very fun!! The woods are quite pleasant and the bridge was really impressive; much larger than any other I have seen. we had 2 40yo, 13yo, 11yo, and a 9yo.

Nice hike!
2020年10月
This was a beautiful hike on a late fall afternoon, with lots of colorful leaves. The bridge itself is cool, even if there isn't a waterfall (and there wasn't). The hike has a lot of up and down, and you have to watch your step because of all the tree roots, but it wasn't crowded.

Beautiful area!

The nature preserve is beautiful with woods and longest natural bridge found in Ohio. It's a hike to get there (having a walking stick helps a lot) but well worth it. We went further and ended up at the Hocking River. It was a great afternoon and would certainly go back. It's worth the visit!

Never a crowd here!
2020年7月
There is so much to see and do in the Hocking Hills area. If you go in the summer, there's likely to be a crowd.
But, for some reason, this attraction is hardly ever busy. My family and I only passed a few people on the way and once we got there, we had the whole place to ourselves. It was a nice way to experience some of this natural beauty!

Glad we went

We went on a very busy Saturday morning in October. The hike has a lot of ups and downs. But the rock bridge and the caves underneath were very nice. I would definitely recommend it.

Highest natural bridge in ohio

Couple miles of walking, seemed like uphill both in and out. Rough, rooted, trails. Extraordinary feature for Ohio.

Great hike, more intense than I thought!
2020年8月 • 家庭
Beautiful place! Right next to At Boulders Edge cabins and Tipis. It starts off flat and smooth but eventually it goes up and down hill, lots of stones, roots and gets intense! I have a bad hip, back, feet but I managed to hike ok. Although we just did the hike to the bridge and back. There was another path to take but we skipped it. Even saw a baby deer and mom. Would recommend!
