I started coming here with my family as a young child. We would come do night hikes and I have to say those are some of my favorite memories growing up. It's a beautiful place with well maintained trails. I haven't been there in awhile so I think I'll b making a trip soon 😌

We walked the mile loop trail while we were In Tiffin, OH for a few days. The trail was nice. A lot of steps on one end. Don’t even consider the .2 mile trail to the bridge. Nothing to see there. When we were there the mosquitoes were out in droves and constantly bitting us. All around it’s a nice one mile loop trail with steps going down on one end and going up the trail on the other end. We choose to walk up the abandoned road instead of the trail to get out of the woods and quit getting bit by mosquitoes.

Nice trails and the scenery along the Sandusky river was beautiful. The trees where in full autumn color.

Make this part of your Tiffin visit. Get good directions-it's a little hard to find. Path is good any time of year, particularly fall.

Hiking trails, and more. Several lookouts and the river. A lot of walking but a nice place to visit. Love it in the spring and fall. Lots of color in the fall.

Very good place to hike and view nature. boardwalk is in good shape and well taken care of. Only complaint I have is no pets, our dog likes to go with us!

There are wooden steps and flat dirt trails and we saw just a few other hikers on a nice day. The hike is fairly short but it still allows you to feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.

This Nature Preserve has nice trails through forested areas adjacent to the Sandusky River. There are several trails that include sets of stairs, but all have railings. The spring and summer wildflowers are lovely (watch for poison ivy, particularly on the floodplain), and in fall and winter the lack of leaves makes it easier to see through to the water. It's not somewhere you would go to spend hours hiking, but it makes a nice quiet place for a stroll.

Perfect place for a light hike. Please be advised, there are many stairs to maneuver. There are also beautiful boardwalks that take you over the marshy areas that are present in spring and summer.

We went to Howard Collier because we were a bit bored and wanted to try something new. My daughter is 8 years old and loves the outdoors. We took a ton of pictures because it was so beautiful here. Lots of insect life to admire and the trail is very nice. Most of it on boardwalks and the stairs are killer to go up. It would be a nice place to go for a run.
