This casino gets cheaper by the day. They are cutting corners everywhere. You cannot win a penny on the machines. After the awful deal they made with ESPN it seems they are in financial trouble. Do not go to this casino!!!

Hollywood appears to be a safe place for a single person to attend for relaxation and enjoyment. I have attended Hollywood at all hours and it was a nice place to visit even at 3 or 4 in the morning.

The casino ambiance of an old theatre was amazing. The large, historic movie posters and neon signs inside were a nice highlight. The customer service staff was friendly and quickly made my new player card. The "outdoor" smoking lounges were filled with machines which is a great idea.
While I did not eat at the restaurants, they have an excellent selection of Italian, Asian, and other places to eat. Good number of slot machines, although I wish there would have been table games at $10 minimum rather than $15. I actually won $104 on a quadruple bonus machine, and I never win anything at casinos- so I was very happy.

I enjoy going to Hollywood casino, I always have fun and never feel unsafe. I can usually get on the machines I like and if notI usually find a new game that becomes my favorite.

I have been to the Dayton Ohio and Lawrenceburg Indiana and found this casino to be better. It seemed to be bigger and have more slot machines that the aforementioned Hollywood casino's. They had a lot of lower dollars (30/40 cent machines) as well as the more expense machines. Bathroom are clean and well kept.
The days I were there they seemed to have a fairly good sized crowd which is good since everyone as having fun. Outside the casino (parking) area, I felt safe and had no concerns even when it was late evening. The casino is also very easy to get to from the highway or back roads.

Great experience overall bartenders are nice dealers are nice and security is nice I plan on coming back and can’t wait to eat and the restaurant. Restaurant could be more discounted for penn pla

Hollywood Casino is a clean, fun and safe place for entertainment. In the sports bar I really enjoy the fish sandwich it is one of the best.

Hollywood Casino is beautiful but the payoff are small I is hard to keep playing cause there is No returns at all I like to play max bet and someone sitting next to me playing small bet and win more then me. I talk to a lot of people and we all say the same thing

Had written a negative review previously due to their ATM not issuing me my withdrawal but taking it out of my checking acct anyway. My credit union sent a report to the ATM company (Everi) and I was just refunded the money taken 10 days ago. I salute my credit union and the Hollywood Casino Toledo for making me whole. I would still encourage others to steer clear of the ATM's here but bring money from home. Still wish they had the former buffet or the other restaurant they recently closed. The sports bar food is overpriced and service spotty.
