A very friendly and safe casino to play at.
Extremely large amount of machines and a lot of the new games
As far as winning or losing not any worse then any other casino around
As far as safety and cleanliness I highly recommend Hollywood

Great place to go. Always clean and everyone is so friendly. On Wednesdays they have a special night for seniors to be able to earn $15 to use to eat. Plus they give you free play.

More crowded as can be expected on a holiday. We did not stay as long as we have in past visits due to the fact none of the ticket redeem machines were functioning. The lines at the casher site were crazy. It appears if they need additional help with repair and the restaurant. Most coffee machines needed attention as it was hard to fine coffee. I hope things get better or we will stop visiting the casino.

It was terrible. I would not go to this casino. The food is not very good. The bar was dirty. And so were the bathrooms

Do not go here if you are a mixed race couple. My wife and I visited and after playing a few slots, one of the floor personnel, a black man in his early 20s, approached me and said the machine I was on was not functioning. I pressed the button and showed him that it was. He told me again that it was not working. We moved to another machine, he followed us and told me the same thing at the next machine. I moved to a third machine, he followed us and told me the same thing. At that point I realized we were not welcome at the casino, cashed my ticket and we left.
I am white, my wife Asian. If you are part of a similar couple, stay away!

For the pass several years I have frequented this casino and have had a pretty good time although you expect to lose but not as consistently and frequently as I have since he changed the player card to Penn play. I tried to give it a review on Google and other websites but they apparently know their service has gotten so bad that they won’t allow people to review the casino now. I would just stay away. It breaks my heart because I really did love this casino at one time

Great friendly staff. Clean safe fun casino. You won’t regret visiting and having a great time. Great selection of slots, table games and a great poker area to enjoy playing poker.

The staff is welcoming, there are food and drink choices and a self serve beverage area, and it's got a nice range of slots and table games not to mention there is plenty of parking!

There is no hotel at the casino. If you look up Hollywood caino online, there is a list of partner hotels nearby. I tried to include a link but TA does not permit it. Hope this helps.
