The only reason I gave it a 4 star was it's under new ownership in 2018 and it will take time to iron out the kinks. The previous owner had the swim resort for about 60 years.They have shelters to rent for parties and it is family oriented for the most part. Clean spring fed water (no fish) They sell season passes as well as daily. If it rains I feel they should have a pass to come back another day. That is if the rain hits w/in 2 hours of arrival. There is a sandy beach for kids to build sand castles. You can bring your own cooler with food and drinks (no alcohol). They have grills for your use. The slide you see in the picture is no-longer there. The dock is w/3 diving boards. Give it a try!

The swim park was originally owned by CW Patton for 59 years who has since passed. There is a new owner trying to due many upgrades which were needed. This is a family fun friendly park. It has shelter houses to rent. They allow you to bring in your own food and also have a concession on premise. Much luck to the new owner. PS beautiful grounds to walk around.

What A wonderful place to take your kids swimming! The Lady at the front to pay to get in was very nice and personable. The water felt great. What I really liked was we could bring our inflatables, and you had room to use them without bumping into someone! We had a wonderful time would definitely go back!

One of the few family swim parks left in the area. Great place to bring the kids and spend the day. Water is clean and they have a good snack bar.

we went as a group and found the views to be nice, but the staff were inattentive and rude. They do have bathrooms available, but I have seen cleaner outhouses - use them if you must but only if you must.
