What's not to like!!! For $20, I got to spend 60 minutes trampolining at my own 'pace', played Dodge Ball in a well cushioned court, dunked basketballs like Dr.J, played in yards of foam and plastic balls, and participated in other fun and aerobic activities. It was awesome!!!

The facility was nice and it has potential to be a great time but the staff ruined the whole experience. Very rude, I don’t think I saw a single smile from one of them from the moment we walked in until we walked out. One employee motioned a gun to her head to her coworkers. We asked questions about rules/how the obstacle course worked and were blatantly ignored. The cool attractions are definitely not worth the way you are treated.

This was by far the best jump place (including other sky zones) that we've been too. It wasn't at capacity, so there was an appropriate amount of kids there. Very clean, staff was very nice.

Good facility for kids and or their parties to have fun and be very active.
Facility could be cleaner, high traffic pattern and usage .
Safety at times can be an issue with various age difference in participants , better supervision is needed
Over value is good, kids do have fun

We recently reserved a private party time for our kids and let me tell you it was so much fun. At the time they were understaffed and it seemed they weren't really watching the older kids. They wouldn't let the younger children try the foam pit and led to some tantrums. Overall it was a great day just wish the staff at the time was a little more attentive to all of the children.

Came to toddler jump with the kids. It was awesome not to have to worry about the larger kids. This park has a foam pit, basketball, dodge ball, and regular jump. Sky zone is great for children of all ages. Definitely a blast.

Had 3 boys, ages 5-9, that simply had a blast. From jumping on all the trampolines to diving into the sponge pits, the boys laughed and had a blast for a full hour. They charge by the hour so try and get there around the top of the hour. Dont know if they really enforce it or not, the boys stayed a bit longer, but that full hour was plenty of time for them to get some exercise and build up quite an appetite.

Absolutely loved this place! This indoor trampoline park is set up with 3 fun areas: a foam pit to jump into, a basketball game where you can bounce on the trampoline and sink a basketball and the large trampoline area where you can jump to your heart's content.
Brought the kids there, ranging in age from 6 to 24 years old. They all had a fantastic time! Great viewing areas for those who don't want to jump. Would definitely recommend it for all ages. Excellent value too.

It was Saturday and we had booked 26 children (Grade 2+) for a birthday treat and party. Children were given stickers to wear bearing the party they were part of and their start and end time. All very carefully planned out in advance.
The organisation was well done as were all the arrangements. Children were appropriately supervised by staff. There was a mishap when one little girl in our party sprained her ankle. An ice pack was brought to be applied and first aid given.
The rest of the party was flawless. After jumping for an hour the children were ready for food. A long table accommodated the children. Pizza, lemonade and chocolate birthday cake on paper plates with paper cup. They tucked in! The pizza and lemonade were provided by Sky Zone. Cost for the food and use of the facility was reasonable at $20 per child.
There is a little shop on the venue. It was called a 'concession' by one of the staff. They did not have much choice of offerings and was a disappointment as I was looking for something dairy-free as I could not have the cheesy pizza. I had to be content to gorge myself on two packets of nachos.

Sky Zone Westlake STAY AWAY!!!
Here is what my wife and I were promised for our kids first birthday:
We could jump with our son.
We would have the party area for the duration of our party.
The first level party room would be available.
The coordinators would handle the set up and tear down of our party.
Here is what happened:
We get the Sky Zone Westlake location and the place is completely overbooked probably had more people there then allowed by the fire codes, but hey I am no safety inspector. So we finally get our socks my wife and I head to the jump zones and get to a pad in the corner with our 1 year old son. Roughly 15-20 seconds later a young worker comes up to us and informs us that we actually are NOT allowed to be on the trampoline with our 1 year old. He said are two options are leave your 1 year to jump alone or all of you have to leave. I went to the manager and let him know and he promised to get right back to me and I never saw him again. Jumping ruined CHECK!
Next our party room, we were stuck on the second floor after being told the first would be open. This is only a big deal because we had a guest in a wheelchair. After are coordinator told us there was nothing he could do about moving us, he recommended we just carry the individual up the stairs. So we did. After we waited about one hour for our room to be ready (they over booked). So finally when we get everyone upstairs the coordinators did nothing…… We set up everything; the guy walked around with a platter of food and drinks and seemed to just wander aimlessly. While this guy was walking around and the gal was not doing anything I was running my kids presents up and down the steps because we were told we had limited time because another party was right after us (overbooked). So I missed the present opening of my kids first birthday how awesome is that???? Party ruined CHECK!
After all of this and complaining through email and phone two weeks later we were told…. There was nothing they can see they did wrong. They will take this as a learning experience and work on training their people better…. Nick is the GM who came to this conclusion in case anyone has problems call him. He will not offer a refund and you will have to call about 5 times before you get a hold of him. But if he is the person responsible for training his staff he needs to do a better job and complaints should probably head his way sooner than later. So THANKS Nick for wasting my $750.00+ dollars, my time, and giving me the worst possible memories I could have on my kids first birthday.

We want our guests to have a great time, so we are sorry to hear when any event doesn't meet expectations. It is helpful to let us know at the time of the event so that we can try to address any concerns right away when you and your guests are there for the party. We are busy on weekends, but as we did here, we do try to accommodate additional guests added the day of the event while still following occupancy rules. We know first birthdays and all the special events guest share with us are important and we take it seriously that families are entrusting them to us. We have talked with this guest several times and even offered to meet to go over the party to see where things could be improved since the review posted afterward was so different from the feedback they had given us the day of the party and the actual video of the party. As a team, we strive to create positive experiences and look for ways to learn and improve, and we will continue to do so. Thank you.
