WORST customer service and they are keeping your money off of cancelled shows!

Bought tickets in December 2020 for a show in November 2021 thinking that with the current state of the pandemic that shows were looking good for almost a year away. Received an email two weeks ago that the show has been cancelled and that a refund would be coming. Our refund did not include processing fees of $26.00 I called to speak to someone about this questioning what had been processed since the show was CANCELLED not rescheduled. Lady was the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever talked too. Tried telling me that it was in their policy and that when you purchase tickets there is a box you check telling you they keep processing fees. I checked there is no such policy. She then tried telling me that ticketmaster does the exact same thing. WRONG they refund the whole amount. Stay away from this venue!!! Seems they are booking shows and then cancelling at a later date. They are making money off of not having to do anything! There are 8 shows they have currently cancelled and kept all processing fees from all shows.

Terrible customer service- no refund policy !

I just want you to think twice before buying tickets to any event. We purchased tickets that were a total of $88. Then the virus and pandemic appeared. We called to cancel and they said no. You can only get your money back if the performer cancels. They tell you when it will be in the next year and that is suppose to be okay. I don't know how anyone else feels but that is bad customer service. They should have agreed to refund your money when there is a virus that is killing people. They had a no refund policy ever. I had to contact my credit card company and they refunded my money and went after the Red Barn convention center. They were able to settle the dispute in my favor. I would think twice about buying any tickets until they get a refund policy in place that is geared toward the customer. We never know what kind of health we will be in when they decide what the new date will be. I have no idea how things will be next year. That is when they were telling us we could attend the event .

Avoid this venue

I would not recommend this venue. I have attended events at venues across the country and have never had a venue refuse to give you a refund when a show is rescheduled. Every venue gives refunds because you can't expect people to be able to attend a new random date that the venue selects! This is very poor management and shows that they don't care about their patrons.

Love this place! We took my mother there for Mothers Day to see the Oak Ridge Boys. Everything is level and easy to walk to.

Good place to see a show.

I travel with a singing group called the VanDells and we play the Red Barn on a regular basis.
It is a large place with plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere to see a show.
If your int he area check their schedule to see if a show is playing during your stay.
You will not be disappointing.

very family friendly

they have concerts. they are very family friendly. it is handicap accessible. i bought the $15 meal and it was really good. the people are also friendly and the concession stand is very affordable.

At least for once the sound system was not blaring. You could actually sit in the room without having to stick your fingers in your ears. Plus their chairs are better padded.
However for the money charge for these events for the entertainment and medium level dinner they should be able to start improving on their parking lot by paving. Most the folks that attend are well in their 60s or older. The worse is the so called Handicap section. Not well lite. They have a small paved cover area to drop off people but if only driver is attending and they need to use a walker there is NO way they could push their walker through the gravel. People there are rules and guidelines for handicap accessible check with American Disability Act (ADA).

Nice Place to come.

This is a nice place to come. The staff is very friendly. We come here every year for the craft show. I like how clean the restrooms are and how nice and big the facility actually is.

great place for a concert

I went to a concert at the red barn convention center, Connie Smith was playing. It was a dinner/ concert combination. The meal was home cooked using local produce if available. menu options vary, I chose the chicken dinner. seating was great, I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. the acoustics are great, and great place for a family attraction, will go back again.
