I took my 14 year old daughter and 4 of her friends to do this as part of her birthday. I was in the room too since they were under 17, but those girls just ran with it. I thought I would have to lead the search, but found my head was spinning trying to keep up with their solving pace. : ) Challenging yet very entertaining! The perfect outing for teens and/or adults. I’m going to check out another of their rooms / themes with my friends. Check it out...you won’t be disappointed!

This was a lot of fun. We were a group of 7 adults. We called ahead to make a reservation. We were told we could either pay $20 per person, and maybe have a few other people in with us, or pay $180 and have the room reserved for just us. We chose $20 per person. It was a Saturday night, but no one else was there. There are lockers to secure purses and phones, along with a coat rack. Restrooms available. We were given a choice of an easy, medium, or hard level. We chose medium. We had the Pirate themed room. The object was to find the treasure. It was a lot of fun. The clues were excellent. Some easy, some hard. With the medium level, we were allowed to ask for help 3 times, for "free". Any hints requested above that would cause our remaining time to go down by 1 minute, each. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was that it was only a 45 minute game. I've played in various other places; they were all a full hour. If we had had the other 15 minutes, we would have been able to find the last 2 clues and found the treasure.

We have returned to Unlocked Wooster for all four rooms. Enjoying every single room, Not always getting them solved, but ALWAYS enjoying ourselves in the process. The workers there are great, and enhance the experience. Waiting for new rooms, will return in the future, for sure!

This was my first escape room, so I don't have much to compare it to. We failed in our escape, so you may want to take that into consideration in this review. The escape room was a fun family Thanksgiving event. I don't want to reveal specifics of the room, but the reasoning behind many of the solutions was more quirky than it was logical. I enjoyed it, but not as much as I had hoped I would enjoy it.

Six of us tried to solve the mystery in The Barbershop room and failed, but we had a fantastic time trying to find the solution. Great clues and friendly staff filled our evening with fun and laughter and a desire to return for a more successful outcome!

Great fun was had by all! None of our group of 8 middle-agers had ever done an Escape Room event before. We laughed our heads off at ourselves wondering around the room unable to put the clues together. The attendant coached us toward making progress and we almost got out. Next time we will get out . . . hopefully. =)

Our group had a great time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We started out at the difficult level but had to ask for a couple hints before we could solve it. We did get it solved with only a few minutes left.

Unlocked in Wooster is a smaller more intimate experience, there's only 2 rooms available.
Overall it's a regular escape room atmosphere you can challenge yourself with a hard scenario or go a bit simpler if you have children and do the easy scenario. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facility itself is clean, lockers for storage are provided. If you're looking for a team building experience or just something fun to do with family or friends this is for you.
The only downfall and the reason I didn't mark a 5 star experience is because the building is so compact when other groups arrive and are waiting for their turn in a room it can get loud therefore it's extremely distracting when you're trying to think.

Had a lot of fun trying to figure the room out. There were only 3 of us and with a couple of clues, we almost had it. It's a little pricey, but we will go back again sometime.
