This is a unique building and a great part of Enid's history. It is a fun place to visit and very interesting.

Very interesting place. Much larger inside than it looks. I would recommend going. Not open all the time so need to find out hours of operation before planning your visit.

you and your kids will love this place nice to learn about the layers of the earth and what makes a rock more than what you think it is for skipping across water

We read about the Midgley in city promotional literature. It is a fun place to visit and very interesting. Just my husband and I went and it was nice and quiet the day we were there. Enjoyed strolling through at our own pace. Would like to spend more time.

I was on vacation visiting a friend who lives in Oklahoma. She wanted to go to Enid for the day which was 1.25 hrs drive to get there. She planned our day trip just so we could visit the Midgley Museum - she saw it online and really wanted to go there!
We planned our events and lunch schedule just to be able to see the Midgley Museum which was to be open 1-4:30pm that Thursday. We arrived at 2pm to a large sign on the door that said CLOSED.
DO NOT GO HERE - THEY ARE CLOSED!

This rock house contains an assortment of artifacts collected from around the world. There are also numerous gem and mineral collections worth seeing.

Neat place to tour for all ages ! They have very unique things inside. It is free & runs by donations. I took my 2 grandkids ages 6 and 8 and they enjoyed it. Tour guides were really interesting & told lots of facts about things there.
