My husband and I loved to make the short drive from Tulsa to Stone Bluff Cellars,on the weekend, for a long, leisurely lunch with a bottle of wine. Sorry to inform everyone that this winery closed permanently the end of December 2012. The owner was retiring and tried to find someone to take over the management, but this didn't happen. I believe the property is for sale if anyone is interested. We would love to see this winery open again for business.

So you are going to Tulsa and wondering besides the Golden Driller - -what the heck is there to do! Well there is some pretty nice architecture downtown, the Phillbrook museum - then there is Stone Bluff Cellars not far out of town. We had a nice drive to Stone Bluff Cellars, we really enjoyed the scenery at the winery. We liked the wine - we tend to like more sweet less dry wines. The people at the winery were great - they hooked us up with snacks and even shared the lasagna that was made for an event that day. Chill out on the gazebo take in the beauty and be thankful. You'll be glad you did!

My wife likes the wine. So do I, but I also am intrigued by the winemaking process. Be sure to take a tour of the winery if you get the chance. Very informative and interesting. The wine is very good, too.

Had a great time and learned something about wines. I have been drinking wine for a long time and all I really know about is if I like the taste. I did the whole wine tasting experience and I learned a lot. It was really enjoyable. They have a new chef and the food was great! Really enjoyed the tasting experience. Liked most of the wines, but one was not so good. Very relaxing and similar to the wine country experience in California. Great day! Allow time to really taste the wine and enjoy it. Sometimes we tend to get in a hurry- relax and enjoy this one. Very interesting and fun gift shop. Will go again when the weather is nice. Again, what a great experience.
