I wouldn’t suggest this casino to anyone - but especially to any avid gamblers or high rollers, what this casino puts out as far as jackpots on decent size bets isn’t worth your time or money , they use to be a couple years ago pretty even out for the low end and high end, but for the last few years it has become a joke - they finally got the deal with the famous band to build a whole new casino to go through and now they act like their s### don’t stink, their payouts are extremely low and weak for anyone trying to play on the high end , they have lost for the most part a TON of their once loyal players due to how awful they have become, gambling is gambling yes but you also want to know that when you play at a casino , that your going to receive fair play and this casino is definitely not that , they are the ONLY casino so far that you could cycle over $40,000 yes I typed that correct over $40,000 and NOT A SINGLE JACKPOT - STAY AWAY - the new manger Bruce Almighty could also care less about loyal players and if you have a issue you would like to address about your experience GOOD LUCK he just blows you off

Pretty fun casino! I managed to turn an 8$ ticket into 800$, so I can't complain! You can bet we took the money and run! The employees are friendly and wish you good luck which is nice. This location also has a bingo area if you'd rather play that! I did notice that a lot of the machines were either down or had something wrong with them or some sort of glitch which was a bit of an inconvenience, but overall we had fun! We had the most luck on the 1$ machines that are right next to the bingo, in between the enchanted blackjack. In total I watched the two people I was with make well over a grand from the one hundred dollar bill they both started playing with!

It is a most if you are a bingo player to check out there black light bingo. you will leave with a smile even if you do not win. they have a DJ playing and extra stuff going on between bingo games the make you get up and dace and little fun games you have to get up on the stage and do things for free play for the slots. my mother that is 57 years old had the time of her life her that night. its a must do

I enjoy Bingo as a way to kill time and hopefully win but you would think after 5 yrs of loosing there I'd give it up. Well I have. Their slot machines have got to be the tightest in the state, skip them go somewhere else. My friend and I were there for 3 hours and never once heard anyone hooping and hollering they won.

Very nice people but you can tell these casinos are hurting. They're never crowded, except for the Bingo hall. They don't give much in terms of promos and the slots are the tightest I've ever played - even more so than Kansas Star.

On our way home Sunday afternoon after a weekend getaway to River Spirit in Tulsa. Had a fab time in Tulsa & thought we’d continue our winning streak on our way home: should’ve known when it took us 18 min. to get our ‘players cards’ after the employee was paged...: big disappointment should’ve been enough not to mention the loss in 45 min. What a waste of time & expectations! Keep on spending $ on advertising saying the KS casino has tight slots. At least they have Customer service!!

I LOVE this place, its not overly crowded, and they have several gaming machines to choose from to play. Customer service is better then any other casino I have been too.

I have been going to South wind off and on for 5 years. Today will be my last trip here. Every time we come there are fewer and fewer machines, one whole part of building is empty now. No one comes here anymore....machines all rob you and bingo keeps getting worse! GOODBYE SOUTHWIND.

I got free play for $25.00, after I played my own $25.00 and I had a great time playing it.
