First off the restaurant took forever to get anything, and it was not busy. After waiting twenty minutes for a drink I finally just cancelled it. It was complete disorganization. We played mini golf, and it was pretty fun. The course is in good shape, and not terribly hard. The arcade was fairly small and each games costs a dollar, so it can add up. They need to figure out how to cool it down because it was super hot in the arcade.

Love the bowling and the amazing Pizza here (yes, great pizza!). The Laser tag room was fun as well. Service was slightly slow with the server but not bad. Prices are too high overall, but nice environment, food, and drinks! Great for adults and kids. I will be back here, but not too much because my pocket book won't let me.

We go to HeyDay often. Always fun! We like to go for the half price late night laser tag on Fridays and Saturdays. When going with just the husband, we love having the option to upstairs to the 21 and up area and have some quiet time.

Tonight, we went to Heyday for a date night. When we asked for two hours of bowling and paid $108, we did not realize that for $30 each we could have wristbands that allowed unlimited bowling, putt-putt, and laser tag, nor were we told about it.
After realizing, from speaking from the people bowling next to us, we brought it to the attention of a manager named Pearla. Her attitude was immediately "put out" that she had to come upstairs to assist us. After a long discussion, she determined that they had posted plenty of signs, and without out copy of the receipt (which we left at the desk after signing), there was little that they could do. It was claimed that the receipt could not be searched by the name, card number, or any other way. Pearla's solution was to provide us wristbands without any compensation for the difference in price because we did not keep our copy of the receipt. Our service was otherwise amazing, but this interaction led us to leave instead of spending our evening there.
As I have worked in the service industry for years, I feel like there were other solutions available. The perception is that Hayday is more interested in making the most money at the moment, VS ensuring customers return to the business.

Hi Presley, I am sorry that you were not made aware of our All Access Wristband. This is a great offer but it is not necessarily what everyone is looking for when visiting HeyDay. The wristband does give access to all of the activities described but it has different restrictions. For instance, if you did want to bowl for two hours this is not necessarily the best choice for you since it allows a game at a time to be played before the lane must be vacated for another all access guest, if there are any guests waiting. At that time you can sign up again for the next available lane or rotate to another activity. I hope that information helps you make the best decision for your needs at your next visit to HeyDay! I have passed along your comments to use for training.

my 7-9 year old nephews were in town with my brother so we stopped in there for a couple of hours and played some laser tag and my brother had a good local beer lots of staff food in the restaurant looked good all in all a fun time

A nice outside putt-putt golf, inside arcade, bowling, laser tag, arcade, and ropes course. Prices are reasonable and it is set up for all ages. The food is delicious and priced just right. This is a great place to bring the kids for a variety of fun or even a date-night. Grandma and Grandpa would even find something to entertain themselves.

My grandsons birthday party tonight. 50.00 bowling, plus pizza, drinks, money loaded on arcade cards. They blew out the candles on his cake and cut it and were told couldn't have it because it wasn't bought there! SERIOUSLY!! We frequent the place but NEVER again. Even Disney lets you take in food....smh

It sounds like our poolicy may not have been accurately explained to you. We definitely allow birthday cakes for booked events or scheduled room space. We also make exceptions for only cake and only when it is consumed in the dining room. We do offer a crowd pleasing menu including dessert so we do not allow other outside food or beverage.

We had a blast here. Tons of things to do good was good so were the drinks. Kids had a great time. Good family fun

nice place but the layout needs to be changed or they need to add on to the arcade area because the last few times it was over crowded and cramped.

We appreciate your feedback. When HeyDay first started we housed only the arcade and laser tag arena. A few years back we had a massive expansion which added on both the upstairs (adults only) bar plus bowling lanes and the downstairs all ages bowling space, private rooms & miniature golf course. We pack a lot of fun into the original arcade space and agree that it can get a bit crowded during our busiest times. A helpful hint is to schedule your visit on an off peak time. For instance, Wednesdays tend to be less busy than a Saturday PLUS all arcade games are half price all day!

How much is a kids party room for end of January. We've never been there and he wants to enjoy all the games and activities for 10 kids. Would we be able to order in cheap pizza or would we have to have it through you guys if so is there a package that includes all the games and pizza and drinks just trying to get an idea thank you so much.

TaraW1447, Hey Day has a lot of information for birthday parties on their website. If you go to Hey Day's website they have a link that says "plan event" and then links for a kid's birthday or a teen's birthday. You should find most of what you need there.

Hello Krista,
We are so excited that you are inquiring about an adult birthday party!
We do have three private party rooms located downstairs right behind our bowling lanes. Two are able to seat a maximum of 16 people and can be reserved at $25.00/hr. The third party room can seat 24-30 people and can be reserved at $50.00/hr. We would provide your party with a server to take food orders and you would be allowed to bring in a cake product and table decorations to celebrate.
We do have our 21 & over upstairs lounge area with 8 bowling lanes. We do not have specific party room spaces upstairs but we do have plenty of lounging space and large tables to accommodate groups to sit and celebrate! If your group would like to celebrate upstairs, you would be allowed to bring a cake product and table decorations. These are not permitted anywhere else in the facility except our downstairs party rooms and upstairs lounge area.
