No se lo pierdan! Excelente! Poca gente. Seguro. Los padres podemos relajarnos y dejar q los niños disfruten con las manta rayas en la gran laguna. O bien estén por los ríos y vean con snorker que te dan allí un montón de peces. Además la comida es buena. La visita a las aves excelente. Mi hijo se quedo con un pájaro q parecía le hablara. Un dia excepcional. Ni hablar de los delfines. Todo perfecto y sin el estrés de los parques multitudinarios. Vale la pena!

Took my six year old granddaughter here and was impressed. Lots of hands-on experiences including meeting up close hissing cockroaches, a bearded dragon and a red eared turtle. I understand other animals are introduced during other tours. Plenty of exhibits and tactile experiences. Naturalist was friendly and well-informed. Combination of zoo and museum. Highly recommend for all ages and you can't beat the price - free.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Have attended First Day Hikes (on January 1) and Eagle Watch at the center. Learned a lot from the guides and staff. Great for all ages. Highly recommended

Visited to take part in one of their Eagle Watch tours. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a lot and had a good time, even though we didn't see any eagles.

The Discovery Cove Natural Center is full of activities and animal tracking for young and old. The Cove offers education programs for public/private schools and home school students. Fully knowledged part time staffs are working in the Natural Center because the budget cut. If you come to the Lake Thunderbird on Hwy 9, definitely stop to visit the Natural Center.
