It was fun. Got to see the land rush Monument and pretty green areas as well as restaurants and businesses. Cute mini golf where you board. It is in the sun so prepare for that. We went early on a Sunday so nothing close by for rest rooms.. there was a restroom available, it was just a fair walk away. The ride takes 45 minutes or so. Lots of surface lots nearby for parking.

Had a great tour! There was just my friend and I plus the guide. The tour guide we had made us laugh and taught us about the history of OKC! Was a pleasant way to spend an hour. Highly recommend

Short walk to canal from Holiday Inn. $12pp which I thought was quite reasonable. Very pleasant. Weather steaming at 6pm, 80 ish. A very nice neighbourhood. The boat went round as far as the enormous sculpture for the Land Run. It is amazing and larger than life (1.5 times) and both sides of the canal. Also saw a lot more of it from the boat then I thought so didn’t have to drive there.
The information given out on the tour was informative and fun. The tour is less than an hour but worth it.

What a great boat ride through the OKC canal in Bricktown! I was excited to ride the boat and was delighted by the cool sites and the history we learned and the great price. Our captain was “Skinny Cassidy”. He played a bit of ukulele for us and told a lot about the current and past history. We had fun with him. This trip on the canal was one of the highlights of our visit. I highly recommend spending time in Bricktown and taking the boat ride!

Truthfully, we didn't have super high expectations for the water taxi ride and we were totally surprised at how enjoyable it was! It was inexpensive for the experience, the commentary super funny, and was a great opportunity for us to see more of Oklahoma City since we only had 24 hours. We booked about twenty minutes prior to the timeslot (16th July 12pm) and I can imagine the boat would be pretty snug if it were full but it was probably only about 1/3rd full and it was a wonderful experience, so perhaps midweek is the perfect time to go! I can't remember our tour guide's name (sorry! You were great I swear!) but he really made the experience worth it in our opinion and I can only assume that everyone else who runs the tours is as entertaining!

Fun attraction especially for travelers. Full of information about the are from present to long ago past (the land run). The boat can be a bit "cozy" lol they suggest to sit across from your party so you aren't locking legs with a stranger.

It was our first time in Oklahoma City and this was the #1 recommended activity to do in the OKC Visitor's Guide. It was a short walk from our hotel so we decided to check it out. It was great! Tickets were affordable. The tour was good but it was our tour guide, William Strickland, that made our day. He was funny and personable. Thanks William!

We really enjoyed our tour of the canal. I wish I could remember the name of our Captain as he was such good fun and appeared to be living his best life - we learnt loads about Oklahoma history and that geese are feathery alligators. Thanks to him we went to Sonic drive-in further along our trip (not very cultural but very American). We found Oklahoma city to be such a friendly place, one of our fave stops along Route 66.

This is totally worth the money (great price, though!). The tour lasted about 45 minutes. Our captain, Samantha (Sam), was great. She gave a great history of the buildings and the canal. She told HORRIBLE jokes and puns, and it made us all laugh. Luckily, there were only 4 of us on the boat! She interacted with us and asked questions about us. Whenever she was going to bump into the wall, she warned us. It couldn't be helped, it was windy. She even explained why the water looked the way it did. It was a very neat experience and a great way to see Bricktown from another angle.

Definitely book in advance on their website. We witnessed multiple people just show up and try to buy tickets and they were turned away. They aren’t running a full schedule due to social distancing so you have to book in advance.

I am not sure whether there are set stops once you get on the boat. I do recall seeing a couple of different places you might be able to get on. You pay for the historical tour around the area which is really quite interesting. It takes about a half hour.

The murals were ceramic mosaics with water features. The statues were huge bronzes depicting the Oklahoma land rush. You can walk to them and walk among them if you want but the guide on the boat will give you their story.

There are multiple paid parking lots in the area, but not right beside it. You will have to walk. The parking lots only took cash when I was there.
