It didn't take long to go through The French Nest. Very small store with limited items - mostly directed at women - soaps and pricey decor... I don't think men would find much here. On the expensive side and pretty exclusive items.

Followed the wife into this shop. It was a nice shop. Very friendly staff and helpful. My wife really liked it and found several things she liked. She even found some marked down items that she really liked.

This was the one store where I wanted to buy it all! Very nice layout and store displays and the employee was very friendly and helpful. Has jewelry, housewares, and other small items. Loved it!

Cute home decor store with friendly and inviting staff with candles, picture frames, aprons, lotions, art work, inspirational signs and more. Nice for buying gifts or decorating your home. It's one of the stores near Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Lady's, The Mercantile Store. It's part of the revitalization of downtown Pawhuska.

Excellent service and a wide variety of goods. Everything is beautifully arranged and I felt reasonably priced. Yes, some items were expensive, but that can be expected.Customer service was excellent. The owner knowledgeable and friendly.
Surprisingly, this shop was not at all busy. Maybe because everyone was standing in line to get into The Mercantile. This is a must place to shop while in the area.

My sister and I found plenty to look at and laugh at and admire. We even found a couple of things to take home with us that we hadn't even known that we needed! The shopkeeper was very nice and informative. Nice store!

After all the hoopla at the Mercantile, cross the street and work your way down, stopping at galleries, shops and stores that are full of atiques, vintiques, western clothing, Native American art and more. Just down a ways you will come to the French Nest, their Christmas decor and geegaws were great, the artwork, paint and jewelry were awesomel Great throw pillows, hand made rugs, and more.
I bet the PW shops there!

Sleepy little Pawhuska on the prairie may be best known for its connection to the Pioneer Woman (who just 10/31/16 opened her flagship colossal and amazing Mercantile store/deli/restaurant/coffee shop/bakery on the corner of Kihekah and Main), but there is more to this quaint little town than immediately meets the eye. On the opposite side of Kihekah Street from the Mercantile, you'll find numerous surprising little shops of all kinds, worthy of your time and attention. Take the time to have a leisurely stroll down this side of the street, and you won't be disappointed. Starting at the Prairie Dog (an awesome gourmet hot dog restaurant), hit all of the little shops and galleries along the way, but don't stop until you get aaaaall the way down to the other end of Kihekah (about a good city block), where you'll find a little gem of a gift shop called The French Nest, run by the cutest little proprietress you ever saw, with a sweet and perky personality to match. (And just in case you miss it while in Pawhuska, its sister store, by the same name, is located on Bartlesville's main drag, Frank Phillips Boulevard). At The French Nest, you'll find all manner of whimsical and lovely home decor items, not-at-all prairie-related. Here you'll see mercury glass things, fun and delicious-smelling accessories and candles, seasonal home decor, Annie Sloan chalk painted pieces, and all-around wonderful things of every sort. Appropriately, there is even a very large, wire-constructed Eiffel Tower used as a display piece. If you're not so much into "ranch, country or prairie" but you'd like a memento of your jaunt to Pawhuska, don't miss The French Nest. Because variety is indeed the sweet spice of life, n'est-ce pas?
